Aspectos positivos: Apartamento agradable, cómodo y limpio, tal y como se ve en las fotos, con vistas al mar desde la terraza. Varias piscinas (una de ellas climatizada) y cerca de la playa. El anfitrión estuvo disponible y fue muy amable. Recomendable.

Aspectos negativos: Los días de temporada más alta en Semana Santa el aparcamiento estaba complicado por la zona (en cuanto pasaron esos días ya no había problema para encontrar). Los tres pisos sin ascensor complican un poco la logística con niños pequeños (pero es el precio a pagar por tener vistas al mar).

Perfect holiday apartment with great location and helpful host

Aspectos positivos: Great location, superb ocean view, nice and cosy apartment equipped with everything you need during your stay. Everything you need is in a walking distance (supermarkets, restaurants, beach, promenade, car rentals etc.). The apartment is located in a closed complex and there is a nice pool area in the middle of it. One of the pools is heated. The host was very helpful and always reachable. Definitely we recommend this apartment :)

Aspectos negativos: As the apartment is located next to a street, you can hear traffic, but as we are used to live in a city center, this did not bother us.

Aspectos positivos: Apartment is brand new, equipped with all facilities, location is excellent, everything is in vicinity.( shops , bus stations, beach.. ) Many thanks for wonderful host who will assist you anything you needed.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was modern and clean with good kitchen appliances. Good location. Good communication with host.

Aspectos negativos: It was slightly noisy at night as on a main road but was manageable. Wouldn't stop us from returning.

Aspectos positivos: The appartment is just as beautiful and modern in design as the pictures shows. Its all new and very stylish. The beds are good and in the kitchen you'll find anything to prep a meal. The view from the balcony is beautiful at least from some directions. Its a bit narrow in the livingroom and the table that you dine with is not suitable for more than 3 persons. But the outside table suits 4 people easily. We had a very good contact with the owner of the flat all through the stay and he did everything he could to help us having a pleasant stay. Really. He has made a huge rebuilding with this appartment and everything you see is was you get.

Aspectos negativos: We were not keen about the neighborhood. This has NOTHING to do with the flat but with the area. We simply like other parts of the islands better. There were quite a lot of noise from the streets in the night and through the early morning and around 7 the normal morning traffic was loud. It has to be said though that we live in the country side at home, and city people might not notice any noise at all. If you are into Playa del Inglés and the rich night life I would say that this flat is a gem.

Erinomaisen siisti asunto upealla paikalla

Aspectos positivos: Erittäin siisti, moderni ja toimiva huoneisto. Sijainti oli aivan täydellinen, lähellä kaikkea, mutta silti allasalue oli suojaisa ja rauhallinen. Ylimmän kerroksen sijaintikaan ei haitannut ollenkaan, koska näköalat olivatkin upeat!

Aspectos negativos: Koukkuja olisi voinut olla kylpyhuoneessa enemmän mihin olisi saanut pyyhkeitä kuivumaan ja kokovartalo peiliä kaipasimme.

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage ist super, wenige Minuten zum Strand. Der Supermarkt an der Anlage hat leckere frische Brötchen morgens. Busverbindungen vor der Tür. Die Wohnanlage ist gepflegt, schöner Pool mit Poolbar/ Bistro.

Aspectos positivos: Sve je bilo savršeno i ljepše nego na slikama... Preporučujem svima ... Nama jedan od naj ljepših apartmana u kojima smo bili. Vlasnik je jako dobar dozvolio nam je i raniji dolazak i kasniji odlazak. Moj godišnji je bio savršen radi ovoga apartmana.
