Gorgeous apartment, lovely decoration and great balcony. Good location, would definitely stay again
Aspectos positivos: The apartment is stunning. With a large balcony and gorgeous wooden doors. We loved the chairs to sit out in the evening and it had the feel of an Asian villa with the wooden balustrade. Furniture decoration and facilities are all great. Comfy bed and fantastic shower. This was so much better than the usual Spanish basic sparse apartments. Nice quiet pool which got the sun all day and a little bar to buy drinks from. This property really did make me want to buy a place in Spain !
Aspectos negativos: Hard to think of anything negative about this apartment really. If I was being really picky I’d say the sun beds around the pool are getting a little dated. We did hear other guest (who appeared to be owners of their apartment) saying the pool was getting a refurb and might be out of action for a while so you should check this out when you book as we would have been disappointed if we couldn’t have used the pool during our stay.

Had a great stay here!
Aspectos positivos: Apartment looks as pictures and was immaculate, has everything you need including coffee! Excellent location for the beach and many shops and restaurants. Loved the huge terrace Appreciated the wine and chocolates on arrival and early check in. Pool area quiet and always space available, there is even a bar!
Aspectos negativos: There is currently construction opposite during the week, making the terrace a bit noisy in the day.

Wonderful place to stay in Maspalomas!
Aspectos positivos: Well appointed property that was quiet and modern. The space was big and comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the morning coffees on the terrace.

Super cosy and stylish apartment.
Aspectos positivos: Great location and super stylish apartment with a fantastic balcony. Marco was excellent at communication and so accommodating since we were late to arrive .

Der perfekte Aufenthalt!
Aspectos positivos: Das Appartement ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt ausgestattet (u.a. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Safe, Klimaanlage, ein großer Schreibtisch und vieles mehr). Es befindet sich in ruhiger Wohnlage im ersten Obergeschoss. Hervorzuheben ist der gemütliche, windgeschützte Balkon mit Sonne ab dem späten Vormittag. Sehr kurze Wege zu einem Einkaufscenter (u.a. SPAR) durch eine kleine Gasse, zum Strand und zu einer Bushaltestelle. Es gab zu jeder Tageszeit Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus oder in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Aspectos negativos: Wie sage ich es am besten? Ich würde es mir gern erneut finanziell leisten können.

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Aspectos positivos: Stylische Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, gutes WLAN. Komfortables Bett.
Aspectos negativos: Sauberkeit Dusche und Küche. Nicht ganz so ruhig, Lärm vom Block dahinter, die Strasse davor wird oft von grossen Reisebussen genutzt. Die Liegenreservation am Pool durch andere Gäste.

Lovely Apartment, fully equipped, great hosts!
Aspectos positivos: The Hosts Marco and Marcel were fantastic! Perfect communication beforehand, Marco greeted us heartily (even though we were late, delayed flight) and gave us many great suggestions for the island! The apartment itself was exactly like the pictures! extremely cozy, great balcony, really quiet neighborhood. We were amazed about how great this apartment was designed and even equiped! You have access to an AC (obv.), an airfryer, multiple coffee machines, a completely stuffed out kitchen (even oils, spices and stuff!). Lovely place, we're gonna visit again!

Aspectos positivos: Todella ihana asunto. Siisti ja kodikas. Asunnosta löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen mitä tarvitset lomaillessasi. Ilta aurinko paistaa kivasti parvekkeelle. Pyysimme erilliset peitot ja se onnistui 🙂 Club Canario paikkana rauhallinen, paljon vakituisia kävijöitä. Saksalaisia enimmäkseen. Sijainti lähellä kaikkea; cc citaa, paseota, cc sandiaa, dyynejä... Haluamme tulla uudestaan 🙂

Aspectos positivos: Nydelig leilighet, med veldig bra beliggenhet, både til stranda og til butikker og restauranter. Vi fikk grundig og god info hos vertskapet før ankomst, og ble møtt av en veldig imøtekommende representant fra utleiefirmaet.leiligheten var smakfullt og moderne innredet, og hadde alt man trenger. Spesielt bra var den komfortable senga og sengetøyet.Sov veldig godt.koselig veranda, med gode møbler.likte også veldig godt mulighet for kjøleskap og fryser.og kaffemaskinen var tipp topp. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Vi hadde leiebil noen dager, og det var fint å parkere rett utfor gjerdet. Stille og fredelig på kveldstid, tross umiddelbar nærhet til Cita senter og barer/ restauranter.
