Should have been a better standard

Aspectos positivos: The location is excellent and the fact that you can catch the sun all day without leaving the property is a bonus . Fittings are excellent and shade is available easily with help of electric awnings . Both bathrooms are of high standard and furniture is good quality .

Aspectos negativos: The place feels unloved. Outside patio could have been cleaned and dust was apparent all over the tables and perimeter wall . Not enough towels were supplied for four adults and the quality of them was poor. The sink leaked and we had to contact the management who did send someone to fix it. The second bedroom suffered from the intermittent noise of the jacuzzi warming up during the night . We tried to sort this but nothing worked. For the cost this property should be in pristine condition and 5 star .. we didn’t even have enough toilet roll .

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was very spacious, modern, comfortable and convenient with fabulous views of both sea and mountains from the large terrace. It was possible to choose either shade or sunshine on the terrace at all times as it wrapped around. Although we were right by the beach and restaurants, it was very quiet in the apartment. We made use of the electric kettle and coffee pods machine which both worked well. The beds were very comfortable. The lift was a real bonus.

Aspectos negativos: Although it appeared spotlessly clean at first glance, we had to sweep up glass shards from the terrace - presumably the previous occupant had broken something and whilst the terrace tables had clearly been well cleaned and furniture neatly positioned, the floor had not been swept well. Again, inside the apartment, whilst kitchen surfaces and tables and floor were squeaky clean, we noticed that the inside of the microwave (roof of microwave) was very dirty where food had clearly splattered up previously ... we didn't do any cooking. This is not a criticism of the apartment ... it is simply a question of making sure the cleaning checklist is improved between stays.

Gorgeous beachfront apartment

Aspectos positivos: The location,large beachfront apartment was stunning, huge wrap around terrace, jacuzzi, water and wine, tea and coffee, cleaning products. Everything was thought of. Beds extremely comfortable. Billy who showed us around the apartment was a gent. I couldn't fault anything. Pricey but worth it. Would highly recommend. Weather was fabulous also..... Mogán is beautiful.

Aspectos negativos: For dårlig avtalt avhenting av nøkler ved sen ankomst. De telefonnummerene vi hadde fått oppgitt var kun betjent med automatiske svarere. Måtte til slutt vekke en nabo som hjalp oss inn i leiligheten. Service fra den lokale forvalteren var helt utmerket under resten av oppholdet. Forøvrig litt begrenset med kopper og kar for egen tilberedning av mat.
