Muy recomendable, ubicación excelente.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente, el bloque del piso muy bien, la casa está bastante bien con todo lo necesario. Recomiendo el alojamiento 100%. La persona con la que he tratado muy bien y muy amable. Ofrecen plaza de garaje por 7 euros el día, perfecto.

Aspectos negativos: Las almohadas yo las cambiaría todas, ninguna es firme y son de calidad baja, pero es algo fácilmente solucionable y me consta que lo van a tener en cuenta.

Una estancia cómoda y muy agradable.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es perfecto. Muy cerquita de la playa, ideal para familias (fuimos 6 personas con niños y una persona mayor y todos estuvimos muy a gusto). Muy bien equipado y muy cómodo. El trato con el anfitrión también fue de 10. Además hay un supermercado en la misma manzana y muchos sitios donde comer.

Aspectos positivos: Estuvimos toda la familia el pasado mes de julio, a finales y primeros de agosto. Una maravilla el apartamento/piso, muy amplio, con 3 habitaciones grandes, camas cómodas y buenos espacios en general. La ubicación era perfecta, inmejorable en la \

Aspectos negativos: Que nos pillaron las fiestas del Carmen y la feria + conciertos, los dan en plaza de enfrente al edificio y como en todas las fiestas de los pueblos, al que le pilla la casa al lado del evento... no duerme hasta que no se acaba; eso o te unes a la fiesta. Y recomendamos al anfitrión el activar o poner en uso la persiana del salón que da a la plaza y calle; sobre todo por el sol y el ruido de por la noche que entra aunque tengas esa ventana cerrada, es importante.

Aspectos positivos: The location was amazing, very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Easy to access with keys in a safe. Parking on site was a big bonus (although some skill is required to fit in the space). Very comfy beds, a fully equiped kitchen, great wifi. Overall, a really lovely apartment.

Aspectos negativos: It was fairly noisy on Friday morning when the market was setting up, but otherwise ok. We had a mishap with keys, we left the spare key in the door lock inside the apartment and then went out and shut the door. We could not get back in with the key as the lock would not turn with the spare key in the other side. The owner was very helpful in calling a locksmith and it was all sorted out within an hour.

Great location to everywhere easy to find with on site car parking in basement.

Aspectos positivos: Property is very central to everywhere, its also surprisingly very quiet at night. Theres a Supermarket two mins away. on site car parking for Euro 7 per day was a bonus as street parking fills up quickly.

Aspectos negativos: The chairs could do with up grading as the arms are quiet grubby looking.

Owner very nice and helpfull person, easy to speak with him in english. Everything OK.

Aspectos positivos: The Owner was very nice to us...we was comming late, than expected, because of delay of our flight. But the owner was very helpfull, leave the keys in the house and make a video for us, where to find it, so it was very easy to check-in. Parking was little bit difficult near the house, but the owner offered us to parking under the house in the garage, so with the parking was it more better. Recommend to everyone, who is travelling there with the car to reserve this parking slot there.

Excellent location in a gorgeous town

Aspectos positivos: We felt so lucky to have found this apartment! The location was excellent; a stones throw to a calm beach, beautiful harbour, supermarket, bus stop and endless shops and restaurants. Situated on the first floor of a quiet building there was lift access as well as underground parking and a roof terrace. The apartment was spotless and had a toilet and sink as well as shower room with toilet and sink which we were grateful for. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week and there is a washing machine as well. Raul was very easy to communicate with and helpful.

Aspectos negativos: Our mattress was a little hard but that's my personal opinion. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Highly recommended apartment in fantastic location

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic apartment, clean and well equiped with everything you need for a home away from home stay in a superb location. Steps away from shops and restaurants but very quiet. Beautiful roof terrace with sun loungers (spent most of the time here as beach very busy) Near to large Spar supermarket. Friendly host very welcoming and always at the end of the phone or email. Apartment cleaned weekly with bedding and towels changed. Lots of clean towels, including beach towels.

Aspectos positivos: Központi elhelyzekedése amennyire előnyös, annyira tud hátrányt is jelenteni. A strand és a csodás óváros is 2-3 perc sétára található, ami negyszerűvé teszi a szállást. Az éttermek szintén pillanatok alatt elérhetők voltak. A lakáshoz tartozó teremgarázst csak ajánlani tudom (napi 7 euró), rendkívül kényelmessé teszi a parkolást, hogy nem kell helyet keresgetni az utcán. A péntekenként esedékes helyi piac könnyen elérhető, jó kikapcsolódást jelent pár órára. A kikötő 5 perc alatt elérhető, számos hajós kirándulásra van lehetőség. Rugalmas volt a szállásadó, mert biztosította a későbbi kijelentkezést, ez külön dícséretes.

Aspectos negativos: A terasz hiánya, és a térre/parkolóra való kilátás ugyanakkor elvesz egy kicsit a gondtalan pihenésből. Mi az El Carmen idején laktunk a szálláson, ezért kimondottan zavaró volt a hajnalig (3-4 óráig) tartó hangos zene és buli. A nappaliban ugyan látni, hogy van redőny, de a tulajdonos szerint nincs, vagy csak nem működőképes, emiatt a nap már korán bevilágít, és felmelegíti a lakást. A két kisebb hálószobában, amelyek egy közös belső helyiségre nyílnak, nincs redőny, csak sötétítő függöny, amely nem segít sokat reggelente.
