Aspectos positivos: Nos gusto mucho el apartamento y la cercania a la playa

Aspectos negativos: Lo que faltaba era mucho menaje de cocina como:Un cakdero mas grande Brazo Braunw,colador,Espumadera,Cucharon

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento muy grande (caben 8 personas) y con muchos armarios Ropa de cama y toallas extras El personal muy amable La limpieza excelente Aire acondicionado en el salón/cocina Lavadora/Plancha/microondas/Horno Lo recomiendo y sin duda volveré alguna qué otra vez.

Aspectos negativos: La piscina está lejos y hay qué ir caminando porqué está en una zona donde normalmente no hay aparcamiento libre .La piscina es pequeña..tiene un bar pero es caro (al igual qué casi todas los bares de Mogán Puerto) Al apartamento estaba un poco escaso en el tema de menaje. Para poder alojar hasta 8 personas la mesa sólo es de 4. Y sólo hay un televisor en el salón, debería de tener alguno más en las habitaciones.

Aspectos positivos: La amabilidad del personal. La cercanía a la playa. Un sitio suer tranquilo. Muy recomendable

Aspectos negativos: Tenía poco menaje y las almohadas un poco blandas

Enjoyable stay in a spacious clean apartment just outside of town

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was beautifully clean. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom, soap and hair dryer. Whilst we travelled as a couple, the apartment had 3 bedrooms, each with plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. One of the better apartments we have stayed in.

Aspectos negativos: Whilst we didn't cook any meals whilst we were there, it would have been very difficult to have done so as there was only a frying pan. As the apartment had 3 bedrooms, it is clearly used by families who would be more likely to want to cook. It is worth noting that the apartment is approximately 1 km from the centre of Puerto de Mogan and up a very steep hill just before it.

Good value for money in a pleasant resort

Aspectos positivos: Lovely clean, well equipped apartment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool clean and well supervised.

Aspectos negativos: Not clear in the description that the pool is a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment.

We applaud the office staff. Always helpful and genuinely happy to see you. Take a bow everyone.

Aspectos positivos: The excellent staff at Billys. 1 They gave us a late check out. 2 Three sets of keys supplied 3 We locked car keys into apartment upon departure within 45 mins they had us on the road.

Great family’s holiday

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Walking distance to bus station, harbour, beach, bars , restaurants and shops. Plenty of room in apartment, felt safe, kitted out with fully functional kitchen.

Aspectos negativos: It wasn’t a problem for us but there’s a steep hill which would be a struggle for anyone with walking difficulty.

Aspectos positivos: Clean, comfortable accommodation within walking distance of the resort. Efficient check-in. We had an issue with the kettle leaking and it was replaced very quickly. Laundry room a bonus.

Aspectos negativos: The property is advertised with access to a spa and gym facilities payable locally. This was NOT available. This was the reasons for choosing this accommodation. The advertising is incorrect and needs to be changed to say subject to availability and when available where it is. The office informed us it is usually available in the llevo hotel but was not for our stay as it was full with their own customers. They did not check whilst I was there they just told me it wasnt available. I went to the office to show them the wording on booking.com as they asked me to go to the office to show them the information and said really not showing any empathy and quite dismissive it was incorrect. Poor communcation and customer service skills.

Excellent, clean well equipped apartment.

Aspectos positivos: perfect size, we travelled as a family of 6, i loved that the sofa could be used as a bed as one of my daughters has to sleep with a light on so didn’t want to share a room and keep the other daughter awake, so no arguments. lovely and clean, towels were fresh every couple of days, cleaner was lovely the list goes on, couldn’t fault it.

Aspectos negativos: there wasn’t anything i didn’t like, i was aware of the ten min walk to beach/harbour so expected it, the only thing if i had to pick something was the balcony size but obviously that cannot be changed and again i knew it was quite small when booking so can’t complain, only mentioning as on those nights where kids are tired it would have been nice to want to sit in balcony and have a little drink, but the air con unit made the outside balcony hot and kept dripping so not really an enjoyable space, again not complaining just an observation.

Aspectos positivos: Stayed here with my wife and four children plenty of space. Would definitely book again for next time in Puerto Mogan
