Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es perfecta, llevé a una persona mayor que le cuesta caminar y fue súper cómodo para ella, tiene ascensor aunque es un primero y una rampa en el portal. Cuando sales está el paseo marítimo y la playa a 5 metros. Tiene una terraza impresionante y unas vistas a la playa increíbles

Aspectos negativos: El apartamento está súper bien, lo volvería a alquilar si no fuera porque es demasiado caro para lo que ofrece que es nada en realidad porque te tienes que llevar la comida y no hay servicio de limpieza. También le faltaría un par de cacerolas más y mejores.

Aspectos positivos: Took a while to review but this place is unbelievable. So clean and everything you need. The balcony alone was worth the money. Sun all day and people watching. Hosts were great. Once in a lifetime place.

Perfect location for a beachfront holiday

Aspectos positivos: The location is superb (Playe de Mogan in general and this property within the area), the view is lovely and terrace super nice. Although it is in a busy and lively area, the nights were quiet and relaxing. The instructions from the owner on arrival were super clear and easy to follow.

Aspectos negativos: It is important to arrive with the right level of expectations - this property is not new and threfore will require some refurbishing/ reconstruction in the near future. Some electrical sockets do not work (it's the electrical socket not the lamp in the back room that does not work); the kitchen is somewhat tired and some new pillows should be added (a really easy fix). But since the location is so good and the overall vibe of the are so nice - none of this will ruin your stay. Still - the value for money loses 1 point to the review. For that price range, one expects a higher quality interior to compliment the location and view.

Aspectos positivos: We had a truly wonderful stay at this accommodation! Everything was perfect – the place itself was beautiful, with a stunning view of the sea that we enjoyed every day. The area is peaceful and quiet at night, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. If we ever come back to Playa de Mogán, there is no doubt we would choose this place again 100%. Highly recommended!

Aspectos negativos: There’s really nothing negative worth mentioning – any minor detail is completely overshadowed by all the wonderful aspects of our stay.

We had a lovely holiday and really want to return to the apartment . Raul was a fantastic host , excellent communication

Aspectos positivos: The location , the balcony , the cleanliness everywhere . It was very well equipped , we got great use of the beach chairs , umbrella etc

Aspectos negativos: Nothing , but just 2 minor details . The bedside light in the back bedroom did not work . We hadn’t been told about the cleaning day , was no problem but maybe would have been a good idea to tell us what day .

Great location, variety of restaurants and close to supermarket. Would return

Aspectos positivos: Beachfront location (many hotels/apartments high up and further up valley meaning long walk to beach and restaurants), above the parade of restaurants and was quiet (externally and internally).

Aspectos negativos: Mishaps with pre-arranged transfer taxis.

Aspectos positivos: Great location with huge balcony overlooking beach. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Raul , the agent, was very friendly and helpful.

Aspectos negativos: Would like to have obtained information about access to property earlier, when the rental had been paid, as opposed to the morning of our arrival.

Very relaxed stay, beautiful location in lovely town

Aspectos positivos: Great location in such a beautiful chilled out town. Very helpful host who sorted a couple of minor issues very quickly. Having private underground parking helped as the town can get busy during the day especially on Friday market day. Great choice of restaurants especially in marina area which is very beautiful with all the flowers lining the streets which have no cars. You can watch the sun set over the horizon every night with Tenerife in the background.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing really that can think of that would stop me returning to stay again.

Aspectos positivos: Fabulous location overlooking the beach. Clean and spacious apartment. We appreciated the little beach chairs and parasol which we used when we spent time on the beach. Raul was a great host and the handover of the keys was very straight forward.
