Vacaciones perfectas

Aspectos positivos: Muy buena ubicación, vistas preciosas. Anfitrión muy amable y atento.

Perfecto para unas vacaciones.

Aspectos positivos: Las vistas son preciosas. Es una casa cómoda y con todo lo necesario para unas pequeñas vacaciones. El anfitrión, Marco, está siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Aspectos negativos: El único “pero” es el acceso, no apto para personas en baja forma, porque hay muchas escaleras. Pero la verdad es que merece la pena llegar arriba.

Buenas vacaciones.

Aspectos positivos: La casa en general muy bien acondicionada todo nuevo y limpio buena terraza con vistas al mar,el dueño muy majo y nos ayudó bastante al llegar.

Aspectos negativos: La rampa que tenia al subir a casa que era bastante dura para subir todos los días.

Amazing views

Aspectos positivos: The property is large and very comfortable. It has a sunny balcony with amazing views over Puerto de Mogan. The only negative is the steps you need to climb to reach the apartment building are uneven and would not suit anyone with mobility problems.

Peaceful Apartment with Fantastic Sea View

Aspectos positivos: Lovely apartment with the most incredible sea view and very quiet, which is a big plus for us. The apartment was super clean, has a very comfy corner sofa and a good size balcony with table and chairs. There is a communal garden with seating and loungers but we preferred to lounge on the privacy of our balcony. Marco didn't mind us taking up 2 loungers to our balcony. There are a number of cats but they are well cared for and they won't approach you unless encouraged to do so. They are a normal feature in any Gran Canaria hotel/apartment. The bed is a twin with single duvets, again very normal abroad and it was again very comfortable, we slept well which we don't in some high class hotel beds. Plenty of hot water which is another plus. There are a number of stairs, but as others have said just take your time because you don't get these views at street level. It's not like you are endlessly walking up and down them.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment has everything thing you need for a couple to be able to self cater and we did a mix of that and eating out. The crockery/cutlery/glasses are mismatched but fully functional. This might bother some.

Aspectos positivos: Marco showed a great welcome to a super base to get to everything in a matter of minutes.

The balcony views alone make us want to come back!

Aspectos positivos: Great location and view, comfortable and spacious double bed (European style, two duvets etc), good coffee maker, very friendly and responsive host. Marco even met us upon arrival and helped with our luggage. Nice downstairs garden and the occasional cat cuddle (the cats are quite shy, so if you don’t like cats, they won’t bother you!). People have mentioned the steps as a negative, but they are easy to navigate and were no trouble for us. The location is excellent, 3 mins walk to Spar and very close to harbour, beach, and all the restaurants. Puerto de Mogan is the best place to be on GC, and the bus station (only 3 mins walk) is very convenient for any trips around the island, including to the airport.

Aspectos negativos: The furniture is a bit tired but perfectly functional.
