Aspectos positivos: Todo. El apartamento es genial en todos los sentidos. La calidad de todo es excepcional, los acabados de alta calidad, la decoración exquisita, no le falta ni un detalle. La limpieza perfecta, todo está impecable .Las camas comodísimas, el sofá muy cómodo, la cocina genial, con mucho más de lo necesario. Lavadora y secadora de alta calidad al igual que la nevera, microondas, horno, campana, cafetera. La terraza perfecta, con hamacas, una mesa enorme, sillas comodísimas. Los baños igual, a parte de bonitos, cómodos. La comunidad muy bien también, cerca de la piscina, que es preciosa y a una temperatura estupenda. El parking también en el mismo edificio genial. nikolleta que es la persona que nos entregó las llaves muy amable y puntual. Sin dudarlo el apartamento mejor que he visto nunca. Sin dudarlo repetiría. Te sientes como en tu propia casa. Gracias por todo. Ha sido una experiencia 10.

Luxury house Las Brisas apartments
Aspectos positivos: Good size apartment, well equipped, nicely presented and clean. Very comfortable beds ,good shower. Swimming Pool is a few metres from apartment. Owner Martine was very good sending messages clear instructions on meeting her agent to get the keys to access the apartment.
Aspectos negativos: Instructions on how to operate the oven and hob would be useful in the information pack as very technical for older guests.

Aspectos positivos: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luxury House – the name truly lives up to its promise! The house is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with modern appliances, making cooking a real pleasure. The location is ideal – just a short walk to the town center and shopping area, yet perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The saltwater pool, conveniently located on the same floor as the entrance, is pristine and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to unwind and relax. Overall, Luxury House - Puerto Rico is a fantastic place that combines style, comfort, and convenience. We highly recommend it and would love to return!
Aspectos negativos: Since it’s a townhouse (a terraced house), you can hear the neighbours on the terrace, but inside the house, it is completely quiet and peaceful.

Aspectos positivos: I truelly recommend this appartment in Puerto Rico. Our host was great- very helpfull Gabor and Nicoletta. The flat has high standard, very clean and full equipment in the kitchen, two toilettes and comfortable bedrooms and fantastic grill outside. If you like walking - it is a good place for you. For us it was great. It was great time in Gran Canarian Island.

Aspectos positivos: This apartment and complex had everything you could need, a gorgeous pool and private terrace area at the apartment with sun loungers and a bbq. The complex itself is spotless, and quite. The pool was never too busy either. The apartment is stunning, just like the photos and even better from its beautiful modern interior to its brand new cooking appliances. We loved that the apartment came with a washing machine and tumble dryer it made things super convenient for us.
Aspectos negativos: Only minor take away is steps leading to the road the apartment is on, there is quite a lot unless you walk the long way around which is about a 15 minute walk to get just to Mogán mall however it didn’t bother us as we were capable of walking the steps and the apartment was so amazing the steps were worth it!

Aspectos positivos: Die Unterkunft ist super stylisch eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Küche klasse ausgestattet. Zudem sind die Betten sehr bequem und die Möglichkeit der Poolnutzung ist klasse!
Aspectos negativos: Bei Regen tritt etwas Wasser durch die Eingangstür, lässt sich jedoch mit einem Handtuch davor super lösen.
