Todo genial.

Aspectos positivos: Todo, el apartamento estaba muy completo y muy cómodo. El sitio muy tranquilo a pesar de estar muy cerca de la playa y sitios de ocio. La ubicación genial, tienes muchos sitios de intereses para ir a pie, un lugar para repetir sin duda.

A lovely modern apartment in an excellent location. Communication with host prompt and helpful.

Aspectos positivos: The clean and roomy apartment. Excellent location for access to all areas of Puerto Rico. Lots of little touches in the apartment to enhance your stay.

Aspectos negativos: The uncomfortable sun loungers around the pool.

Spotless , very comfortable property with a fantastic view.

Aspectos positivos: Everything , spotless, comfortable bed , great shower, washer and I could go on . Owner extremely helpful.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is perfectly situated. Beach is less than 5 mins away as is the centre of Puerto Rico. Owner is very helpful and friendly. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable. The view is fantastic, especially at night.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing we didnt like.

Expected accommodation close to the beach

Aspectos positivos: The location and the price were the number 1 argument when choosing accommodation! To avoid stomping up and down the stairs to get to the beach! Apto.Dulia is comparable to accommodation in Scandinavian ski resorts in terms of facilities and equipment. OK, the apartment does not have air conditioning, but this does not interfere with the use of the accommodation in the autumn and winter season.

Aspectos negativos: To some extent, the renovation work that took place in the apartment next door.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was close to the beach, it was newly renovated, had a smart tv, had storage for clothes, a nice bathroom, and a lovely view. The host was very nice and we had a very nice stay. there was a good topper on the bed and good pillow too which makes a difference. The apartment was well equipped and the host has thought of little things like shampoo, enough cleaning products, there was salt and some other little bits available which i think was great and appreciated. Also liked that it had decent lighting and a couple of mirrors and the bathroom mirror could be brightened which is useful for ladies doing their makeup.

Aspectos negativos: The was no air conditioning, but the apartment didn't get too warm where it was uncomfortable and there was a closed terrace so you could open the windows right across. The only thing missing was a top sheet for the beds for when it gets warmer some nights. A full length mirror would be nice too and a few more hangers just for good measure.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is in a prime location, only 5 min walk from the beach and in a walking distance to the shopping center. We had all the kitchen appliances and cleaning utilities. The host was a great help, we met him at the door to recieve the keys and show us the apartment. In the bathroom there were toiletries available as well.
