Apartamento tranquilo.

Aspectos positivos: Piscina pequeña limpia. Vistas desde apartamento. Tuvimos un problema con termo eléctrico y enseguida contactamos con Gladis una trabajadora del recinto que fue muy amable y se encargó de llamar a los técnicos. Gladis, gracias. Resto apartamento correcto con accesorios básicos y y electrodomésticos (TV, microondas, nevera, cocina eléctrica, tostador pan). Baño bastante nuevo con ducha baja( mejor para nosotros), no bañera. Zona tranquila. Supermercado y Restaurantes cerca, justo al principio de las escaleras. Playa 15 minutos andando, 3 minutos coche. Restaurante en los apartamentos al aire libre que solo abre por la noche, no llegamos a probarlo.

Aspectos negativos: Apartamento sin recepción te mandan claves para recoger llaves en un buzón interior del recinto. Puerto Rico playa tiene los apartamentos muy encuesta en concreto este más de 220 escaleras para subir, ojo los que tengan problemas o no les guste subir, porque es bastante cansado. Nosotros fuimos en coche y fácil aparcar por la zona, de hecho sólo subimos las escaleras una vez, el resto fuimos en coche. Apartamento huele a humedad quizás por los desagües y creo que en la zona es bastante habitual.

Aspectos negativos: El baño se llenaba de agua al ducharse o tirar de ma cisterna, y el sofá cama podría mejorar

Aspectos positivos: The location and the view were great, also the swimming pool.

Aspectos negativos: The shower head was not very good and could do with updating

Aspectos positivos: At first, there were some issues with the apartment location, but after a few days all the problems were resolved. We also received free internet. The replacement apartment had a wonderful ocean view. The price–quality ratio was excellent. There were no problems with parking. The staff was friendly. The pool was small, but the water was very pleasant

Excellent restaurant with great food, Great location

Aspectos positivos: We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Valera. The location is excellent — close to the city, which made it very convenient. Having a restaurant downstairs was a big plus, and the food was absolutely wonderful. A great place to stay with easy access to everything and fantastic dining.

Aspectos negativos: What we did not like: I asked for an iron and was first told that one was available, then later that there wasn’t one, then that it would be available the next day — but we never received it. In the end, a nearby hotel kindly lent us one. It was very unpleasant that such a small and inexpensive item caused unnecessary stress during our holiday, especially since it was mentioned as available. An iron does not cost much and would make things much easier for guests. There was also limited hot water — enough for only one person to shower — although I understand this may be due to the apartment being small. Because of the iron situation, I initially wanted to rate this 1, but overall we still had a good time despite this very uncomfortable experience.

Aspectos positivos: There's best restaurant in hole island in the hotel area. I'll rellt recommend 👌

Affordable well located apartments with really nice view

Aspectos positivos: Location at most, close to beach and harbour, relatively close to shopping centre and main bus station. All was reaching our expectations and our request every single time been listened and quickly answered.

Aspectos negativos: Lack of air conditioning, that was main issue so that could be problematic at pick of the summer, becouse even in october at night it was tough to handle the heat without it. But after all, we had great time and I am glad that I have decided to spend my holiday in this apartment.

A relaxing stay with beautiful views, plenty of restaurants & a quiet location!

Aspectos positivos: We loved the location beautiful view of mountains & overlooking the harbour. Even though there are nearly 200 steps to get down to shops & beach etc. we really enjoyed the exercise. There is a supermarket at the bottom of steps with several restaurants which we used, & you can easily get a taxi back to apartment for less than 5 euros. It is only about a 10 minute walk to harbour where you can catch a ferry to other parts of the island. The modern apartment is a good size with everything that you would need, and a good size shower always hot water. The balcony is large with table & chairs & two sun loungers & an airer to dry washing. My favourite thing was the pool as I love swimming & used every day also with plenty of sun loungers.

Aspectos negativos: The only downside for us was that the mattresses were very soft, so did not sleep that well!
