New, neat and clean apartment near the beach.
Aspectos positivos: The apartment is neat, clean and sufficient for a week long holiday. The bedding was clean and sufficient. The fans and lights in each room was good. The cooking utensils and crockery were adequeate.
Aspectos negativos: Advertisement could have been clearer about street level location and limited windows/natural light Privacy glass or screen curtains on bedroom windows will allow guests to open shutters more often and let more natural light into the apartment without the public looking in due to its street level location. Better instructions on using the applicances (washing machine + dryer) can help. The shower drain flow is very slow which can cause flooding in the bathroom when showering. The apartment does not have a clear number on the door or inside, it was difficult to locate the correct buzzer number for outside entry.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation.
Aspectos positivos: The apartment is located directly on the beach, which was pleasantly mostly empty at the beginning of March, giving it a private feel. The tastefully furnished apartment has everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and the option to wash and dry clothes. In the same building, there is a small store with fresh pastries, and two streets away, there is a SPAR grocery store. Larger Supermercato is a 5-minute drive away. In case of cloudy weather, beaches near Maspalomas are reachable within about 30 minutes by car. The location is also excellent for trips to the island's interior, such as Roque Nublo, Barranco de Las Vacas, or the Bandama volcano. Our children were delighted by the very fast internet and the selection of movies from Netflix. Our plane arrived in the morning, so we were especially pleased that we could check-in already at 12 o'clock.
Aspectos negativos: The apartment is located on the ground floor facing the street, so we almost always had the blinds drawn to avoid curious glances. Perhaps the absence of curtains could partially solve this issue.

Piacevole, buona comunicazione con il gestore
Aspectos positivos: Esce di di casa giri l’angolo e sei in spiaggia, larga e poca gente (tranne domenica) Offrono capsule per il caffè e altre piccole cose, ha lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie, spazio giusto per 3-4 persone Tv con possibilità di collegare il proprio netflix Parcheggio disponibile lungo la strada gratis, attenzione a parcheggiare sotto gli alberi che gli uccelli sporcano la macchina di cacca
Aspectos negativos: Di sera essendo sulla strada si sente un po’ di rumore sia del mare che è rilassante che del vociare delle persone Non entra molta luce solare ma non è un problema grande

Gran Canaria bellissima!
Aspectos positivos: Pulizia impeccabile, appartamento ben rinnovato, attrezzato di tutto punto, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Salinetas. importante la vicinanza ad una buona caffetteria pasticceria frequentata da abitanti del luogo e a un supermercato, nonché a numerosi ristoranti di pesce sulla spiaggia di Melenara.
Aspectos negativos: Il nostro appartamento era a piano terra, sulla strada e in un vicoletto, con bagno cieco. Difficile aprire le imposte, con conseguente senso di claustrofobia, comunque mitigato da una buona illuminazione interna.
