Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, el que tenga parking, la limpieza, lo bien equipado que estaba.

Aspectos negativos: Algo de ruido por la noche en la habitación si tienes la puerta del balcón abierta, pero no impide dormir. El colchón del dormitorio principal demasiado blando para nuestro gusto, pero eso es una opinión muy personal.

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento con todo lujo de comodidades , lugar tranquilo y muy cerca de la playa . Preciosa urbanización

Aspectos positivos: Súper mono, grande, perfecto para familias. Triste que siendo canaria, estos alojamientos sean para extranjeros, para hacer el check in, normal, aplicación y todo eso todo es en inglés. Te piden una fianza de 200 euros que es una barbaridad, y te la devuelven en 10 días hábiles si todo está bien. A los 10 días tuve que hablarles yo y estar detrás de ellos para que me la devuelvan. Sigo esperando por ella, lamentable que no cumplan con los plazos y a ti te obliguen a pagar y hacer el pre check in con antelación

Aspectos positivos: They let us put are luggage in apartment early and they let use stay over due to next guest coming in till next day east asses quiet loverly people who own other apartments definitely going to stay there again the cleaner was amazing and the firm in general were amazing go and pop in pub down the dead end bit cheap loverly food and drinks and people loverly

A very enjoyable stay!

Aspectos positivos: A well-kept complex 2nd line back from beachfront, which was 2 mins away. Maintenance staff work hard to keep complex spotless Apartment seemed to have a new kitchen, bathroom, furniture, tv, etc. Spacious for 4 people, well kitted out kitchen with wide range of appliances. Outdoors - large table, 4 chairs and 2 sun-loungers, poolside location. Providing large beach/pool towels in addition to normal was a nice touch. Also, nice touch was welcome pack. Personal covered parking space was an unexpected bonus. Good area with plenty to do. A very enjoyable stay.

Aspectos negativos: Photos on website are mix of different apartments. It would be good if a specific apartment could be identified.

Aspectos positivos: We enjoyed the appartment, it was clean and well equipt. The garden and the swimmingpool was beautiful and clean . We very much want to come back. The hostess was accommodating helpful and friendly.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing.

We were overall very pleased with this property.

Aspectos positivos: The property has been renovated and has been nicely done. Scandi feel with IKEA furniture and fittings. It is near to busy roads but the traffic noise is not too much and the gardens are lovely and feel tranquil despite that. Some Spanish owners still live in the complex which felt nice. San Agustin is quieter than Maspalomas but it’s possible to walk in there if wished. Restaurants nearby and shopping centre within 20min walk. Small shop at end of the road.

Aspectos negativos: We did feel that it lacked enough crockery and there were no oven dishes or trays.

Aspectos positivos: The house is really very nice in a simple minimalist way. The distribution is very convenient, two bedrooms upstairs, one full bathroom and an open space downstairs with an extra toilet. It had all you need and it was spotless.

Aspectos negativos: It is not that I did not like it, but things to keep in mind: the houses are devided from each other by a short wall, not a lot of privacy, but encourages kids to run around and socialise. The pool is not heated and is half the day in the shade so it is ‘fresh’.

Family holiday

Aspectos positivos: The apartment complex is clean and quiet. You can easily relax here. the pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot day. There are even Mango trees that drop fresh mangos in the autum. the apartments come with air-conditioning, cooking, cleaning, and laundry facilities. Parking is available outside or in designated spots within the grounds. These apartments are located just off the main promenade between Playa des ingles and San Augustin. There are many restaurants and shops close by. we would recommend these apartments to families who wish to have all the necessary facilities in a quiet, well-kept co complex.
