Well equipped apartment in excellent location
Aspectos positivos: Excellent, quiet location just a few hundred metres from two large sandy beaches, shops and restaurants, as well as a bus stop with buses serving the rest of the island and seafront footpath to the rest of the resort. Apartment was clean and well equipped with balcony and a private garden

Endless relaxation and comfort!
Aspectos positivos: This modern vacation home was an excellent stay — very clean, stylish, and comfortable. There are a few minor signs of wear, but it’s clear they come from careless use by previous guests rather than the property itself. The location is truly perfect: right next to a shopping center with stores, two supermarkets, cafés, bars, restaurants, and even a small chapel. The beautiful sandy beach (with darker sand) is just a short walk away, and you can easily reach Maspalomas and the dunes in about 30 minutes on foot. There’s also a bus stop nearby, which is super convenient. The area is peaceful, quiet, and feels very safe — most of the time I had the pool all to myself! The house is very well equipped, the air conditioning is fairly quiet, and overall, I highly recommend this place.
Aspectos negativos: Honestly, everything was perfect — there was absolutely nothing missing, and my stay was fantastic. The only minor inconvenience was some nearby renovation work, but that’s obviously something the owner has no control over, and it would be unfair to judge the property for that. As for the house itself, everything was better than expected — I couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Fantastic accommodation!
Aspectos positivos: Wow... what an incredible accommodation! The location is fantastic with the beach and San Augustin shopping centre so close. The flat itself is just perfect for two people. The cooking facilities are great, the bed is comfortable. The accommodation even has board games for the occasional wet day. The pool is fantastic and it's great that it is still open in December. The apartment was extremely well equipped- washing machine, sun loungers, washing tablets, cooking utensils etc. The neighbors are all very friendly and peaceful. We would love to stay here again!

Aspectos positivos: Tutto, a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia e in una località strategica come punto di partenza per visitare l'isola. Vicino a uno Shopping center dove c'è di tutto. Appartamento pulito e accogliente. Ritornerò sicuramente
Aspectos negativos: I cuscini molto scomodi e alcuni utensili della cucina assolutamente da sostituire

Aspectos positivos: Cosy little apartment, really comfy bed and sofa, good air con, smart TV with Netflix etc, kitchen area well equipped and cooking saved us a lot of money, comfy chairs on balcony with table perfect for eating outside. Amazing location right by shopping centre, gym, mini golf, restaurants and beach.Close to bus stops and easy transfer from airport. We really enjoyed the private garden area with sun loungers and balcony too, really peaceful and nice clean pool. Owner really helped us by kindly returning an item we left behind posting to UK going over and above expectations. Overall we couldn't be happier with the apartment and location and we will return.

Aspectos positivos: Bellissimo appartamento con tutti i servizi e gli accessori . A due passi dal mare e a 2,5 km da maspalomas lungo una bella passeggiata sul lungomare super consigliato

Buona scelta visto i prezzi del momento
Aspectos positivos: Buona posizione, casa sufficientemente grande per due persone e cucina molto fornita. Ottima l'aria condizionata, fondamentale essendo al piano superiore. Letto piccolo ma comodo. Molto vicina al centro commerciale e ai supermercati.
Aspectos negativos: Bagno cieco senza ventola. Non molto pulita, i cassetti ho dovuto pulirti tutti. Da rivedere anche la pulizia e accessibilità al locale della lavatrice che tra l'altro era molto vecchia. Da riparare porta della doccia. Porta di casa un po' dura. Nella via solo parcheggi a pagamento, quindi l'auto potevi lasciarla solo per la notte poi spostarla.
