Aspectos positivos: La ubicacion estupenda, fuimos andando a todos sitios, tranquilo y poco trafico disfrutamos mucho el atardecer en la terraza viendo la puesta del sol y el apartamento esta super equipado, cafetera, tostadora, etc,

Clean, modern apartment on good location

Aspectos positivos: Modern and clean apartment on good location. Kitchen is very well equipped to be able to prepare your breakfast or even cook proper meals. Terrace is also beautifully furnished and it was my best moments of the trip to enjoy morning coffee on the terrace watching sunrise and listen doves calling. Apartment is on good location, really close to grocery stores, restaurants and bus/taxi station. It is also really close to beach and beach promenade, perfect place to get your daily steps in. Pool area is also good and peaceful place to get daily doze of vitamin D. Contactless check in and getting the keys was easy with the instructions provided by host. Communication was easy with host and Peter provided lot of good information couple of days before the trip. Also couple of issues were managed promptly. Thank you Peter and I will definitely consider coming back!

Aspectos negativos: Street in front of the apartment is quite busy with traffic and terrace doors doesn't block sound well. But I had earplugs so traffic noise didn't disturb my sleep.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was everything we could have wanted. Spotlessly clean with all facilities in perfect working order. The view from the balcony is stunning and we were very pleased to have full access to the pool. It's no more than a five minute walk to the beach and two minutes from shops and restaurants. We couldn't have stayed anywhere better!

Aspectos positivos: It is a beautiful apartment with a spectacular view to the ocean. You can enjoy sunrise at the balcony. Peter was very kind and helpful. The apartment is clean and cosy. It’s equipped fully. Everything is new and beautiful. I recommend if you wanna stay close to beach, restaurants, and you like the comfort and quietness.

Impeccable, perfect, relaxing - wonderful

Aspectos positivos: Home away from home - only this apartment is much nicer than my actual home. Lovingly decorated, spotless clean, perfect mattresses (an Spanish beds can be back breaking…) cushions and linen. Kitchen equipped with more gadgets than I have at home, big fridge and freezer compartments. Highlights are the big windows out to the terrace, where I wanted to live… great view, lots of space, comfy chairs- all in all - perfect! We loved every minute of our stay. The host always available with great tips - impeccable. Highly recommend- and I’ve been to quite a few holiday rentals!

Aspectos negativos: Only stairs up to third floor - so for mobility challenged people unfortunately not recommended.

Aspectos positivos: It was a great stay.The apartment is in perfect condition.It has everything you need and it is new and clean.There is around 150 m from the bus stop and beautiful promenade with shops and restaurants and the Beach of Ingles(Playa del Inglès).It has the big comfortable terrace with sea and pool view with full equipment (armchairs and the table). You can park a car for free on the streat in front or near of the house.It is a great conveniec.The owner Peter is very helpful and nice man.My and my partner's rating this apartment and its owner is definitely out of 10 points.Wojciech and Hanna from Poland.

Excellent appartment ideal for people who enjoy the bustling life of Playa del Ingles.
