Aspectos positivos: The location of the apartment is very good and a few minutes walk to the beach. Very good internet. Short walk to a supermarket and restaurants.
Aspectos negativos: There is noise between apartments. When the neighbor's TV is on, it's a good idea to wear earplugs, but it decreases after 10:00 PM.

Aspectos positivos: Ideal (quiet) location close to beach ( 200M) Airconditioning. Spotless. Newly refurnished apt--good balcony- very well equipped . Fine pool . Shop on ground floor. Host communication seemed like AI-dealing with ‘Luis’ worked out well in any case.
Aspectos negativos: The bedroom has very little natural light as the window is small . Car needs to be in pay beach car park nearby at weekends as street full- just to be aware of that.

Lovely apartment
Aspectos positivos: This is a lovely apartment. Modern, spotless and thoughtful. Smallest details were taken into account like the welcome drinks and ice cream which was greatly appreciated. It is also filled with kitchen and other essentials such as shampoo etc. What we liked most about it as well is the proximity of this apartment to all things Gran Canaria. It is few minutes to the bars and restaurants along the promenade and shops, and only few steps away from bus stops which is very handy. We're going to miss the super late night stroll or the beautiful sunrise walk along the beach, sand dune or promenade. Just lovely. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

Aspectos positivos: Location. Nice clean modern apartment, round the corner from main busy area. . Air conditioning, lighting, shower,washing machine. We had a great holiday. We will come back to Playa de Ingles

Beach vacations
Aspectos positivos: The appartment is a very good value for money. I definitely recommend it. 5 min walk to the beach (you can exit and enter also downstairs on Avenida de Tirma), kitchen fully equipped (vast choice of cutlery, scissors, wine opener, etc, etc) 2 small cooking pots, microwave, frying pan, toaster, electric water kettle, fridge, wine glasses, normal glasses and mugs, plates, tee/coffee glasses. There was some minimum hair left on the floor on arrival. Air condition is installed but I didn't use it much in February. Turned it on once and was working. Good dark bedroom without sun in the morning. A bottle of champaign and water as a welcome gift. A groccery shop right on the corner (you can go through the pool area to it.)
Aspectos negativos: 1 set of keys, WiFi/Wi-fi/wlan/internet works only in the bedroom (the owner is informed and promised to move the router to more central place), only spanish and german TV channels. Thin walls without much soundproofness, you hear the street (it's a 30 zone and quiet in the night) and neighbours but in generall it was quiet. Don't stay too long in the shower - the hot water tank is quite small and lasts only a few minutes.

Aspectos positivos: Modern and clean, loved the air con, nice view from balcony. Nice modern bathroom. Right above supermarket which is very convenient
Aspectos negativos: Some parts of the complex need work, also only one key was issue for us as mates as we like to come go separately

Aspectos positivos: Mooi ruim appartement op prima locatie boven supermarkt en vlakbij het strand
Aspectos negativos: Alles was naar wens, er wordt aan de overzijde verbouwd dat is niet geruisloos maar tevens ook vermakelijk Slapen heeft hier niet onder geleden

sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Aspectos positivos: wir haben sehr bequem einen Zusatzschlüssel erhalten; die erste Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Safe, dessen Code wir rechtzeitig vor Ankunft erhalten haben. So war eine störungsfreie Übername der Wohnung möglich. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, das Bad ist in einem modernen und gepflegten Zustand. die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet zwecks Vorbereitung von warmen Mahlzeiten. Im Haus ist ein Supermarkt, so können frische Snacks zum Frühstück eingeholt werden, 2 Minuten Fußweg. 5 Minuten zum Strand, 8 Minuten zum Jumbo-Center.
Aspectos negativos: keine Angabe, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln

Aspectos positivos: Świetny apartament w samym sercu Maspalomas. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Czysto. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży. Obiekt ma kilka wejść - jedno na najwyższym piętrze od drugiej strony z którego jest blisko do sklepu oraz niedaleko do przystanku autobusowego. Przy budynku jest również wiele bezpłatnych miejsc parkingowych. Idealne miejsce jako baza wypadowa na wakacje.
