Aspectos positivos: Hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa. El apartamento es bonito y está situado en primera linea de playa, en una zona tranquila (teníamos la playa casi para nosotros solos) con supermercados cerca y la playa del ingles a 10 minutos en coche. Hay piscina. Todo estaba limpio y en perfectas condiciones. Cama muy cómoda y cocina equipada (no echamos en falta nada para cocinar salvo algún bol) y en el baño también había protector solar, crema hidratante, champú, secador y plancha...en resumen si volvemos a la isla repetiremos. Simona es un encanto, muy fácil contactar con ella. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

Aspectos positivos: The best thing about this flat is the view from the window – it is truly magnificent. From the 6th floor, there is a stunning view of the sea, and if you wake up early enough, you can enjoy breakfast while watching the sunrise. A real dream. The building itself is large, yet quiet, and the people are very polite and warm. The pool area is also excellent: not crowded and with enough sunbeds for everyone. We also really appreciated the location. The building is tucked away from the noise and hustle of central Maspalomas, yet still close to Bahia Feliz and San Agustín, the nearest areas with shops and restaurants. If you enjoy walking, this location is ideal. If not, having a car is necessary to get around. The flat itself is fine. The bed is comfortable, and all the essentials are there.
Aspectos negativos: There is, however, room for improvement. For example, we were given only one roll of toilet paper for a one-week stay. The Booking.com listing states that free toiletries are provided, but this was not the case. While I always bring my own shampoo and conditioner, I would have appreciated shower gel. There was a dispenser in the shower, but it was empty. We were also left a previously used dish sponge. Additionally, water leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor no matter how carefully it was used. I also wish there had been a normal-sized chopping board. The one provided is very large and rather impractical given the size of the kitchen. Decent wine glasses would also be a welcome addition. There were several sparkling wine glasses, but only two regular wine glasses, both from different sets. These are all relatively small details, but small things add up. This is why I would rate the property a 9 rather than a 10. Would I stay here again? Yes – at a fair price, I would.

Apartmán s nádherným výhledem na moře
Aspectos positivos: Apartmán se nachází přímo u pláže na krásném místě s krásným výhledem na moře - v noci šumění moře, ráno východ slunce přímo, moc jsme si to užívali... Místo je klidnější, ale dostupné do obchodů... V apartmánu jsme našli vše, co jsme potřebovali, škoda, že jsme nevyužili bazén, protože byla docela zima...
Aspectos negativos: Rozkládací gauč v obýváku byl trošku nepohodlný - vhodný pro děti...

Aspectos positivos: L’appartamento è davvero molto bello e curato nei minimi dettagli. Dotato di tutto il necessario — e anche di più — per trascorrere una vacanza in completo relax. Abbiamo trovato l’ambiente molto accogliente e arredato con gusto. Chi ci ha accolto ( Simona) è stata estremamente disponibile e gentile, pronta a rispondere a ogni esigenza e a consigliarci, su richiesta, diverse ottime opportunità per cenare nei dintorni. Un soggiorno perfetto, che consigliamo senza esitazioni!
