Apartamento muy cómodo y limpio

Aspectos positivos: Está muy limpio y tiene de todo ,no falta de nada en la cocina.

Aspectos negativos: Es una zona de mucho turismo y por las noches hay ruido de los bares de abajo

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es moderno, y no tiene detalle que le falte. La recepción muy buena, el lugar idílico, y cerca de la playa y del yumbo center. Nos ha encantado

Aspectos positivos: No hay mejor alojamiento en Maspalomas. Son año y nunca había encontrado un sitio tal lindo cómodo como este. El dueño es super detallista y es una persona especial.

Aspectos positivos: el equipamiento es completisimo. no falta de nada. Y además está todo nuevo (Noviembre 2023). La ubicación es fantástica.

Aspectos negativos: Era un primer piso. Pero por otro lado no hay necesidad de usar el ascensor.

Very comfortable and homely.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s modern, clean and welcoming. It quickly feels like home. The fully equipped kitchen has a wide assortment of crockery, utensils and equipment. There’s also an assortment of essentials in the kitchen and bathroom, apparently left by previous guests, which we found useful. It’s lovely to have a dishwasher, the WiFi is great, and Luca is very helpful and friendly. All in all a very nice base, just over the road from Yumbo and on the bus route from the airport.

Aspectos negativos: Sound travels from the neighbouring apartments on both sides - raised voices, TV, and kitchen activity for example. There’s also a loud bar in front of the apartment, but the entertainment seems to finish before midnight.

Aspectos positivos: Luca met us on site despite it being late and very short notice, he showed us around, how to use everything as was very welcoming. The location is superb for visiting Yumbo Centre, it is less than 2 minutes walk, however despite it's location it was very quiet with no noise whatsoever carried over. The apartment is very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and amazingly well equipped with more kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses etc than anyone could possibly need. Dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, aircon, it has everything you could need and more. The beds have memory foam mattresses and pillows which were a dream to sleep on and there were extra pillows and blankets available if needed. Outside the apartment the pool area was very quiet, no problem getting a sun bed at any time of the day, the pool is big and well maintained and was being cleaned and checked daily. 10/10 for this apartment and will definitely be staying again.

SUPER APARTMENT, GREAT STAY!

Aspectos positivos: The property was close to Yumbo centre and it was really convenient. It is a quiet block with a big swimming pool. The apartment itself has everything you need, and everything was clean. The booking in with Luca was great and he explained everything clearly. I really missed the dishwasher, which unfortunately was broken at the time, but I also understand that it is difficult to find someone to fix it as everyone is on holiday in August. That being said, we had so much time on our hands that a little bit of handwashing for two wasn´t the end of the world! A great stay, thank you very much and would highly recommend it!
