Beautiful view

Aspectos positivos: The view is fantastic. Location is very good, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, the area is very calm and quiet. You can reach the busy English beach by car in 10 min, on foot in 40 min. There is a free parking space in front of the apartment on the street. I liked the terrace and also the washing machine. The host was kind and reachable, received answers quickly.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment is operated by an agent, with its pros and cons. Keys had to be collected in a different town, 10 min by car. If you do not have a car, it is very uncomfortable. AI/chat bot is used as a form of communication, which is practical and nice, We got all necessary information and answers to our questions. (even a quick repair in the bathroom was well organized) However I got the same messages several times, booking, email and whatsup were used simultaneously. 3 days earlier our leaving, a thank you for staying us message with asking the exact checking out time was sent several times. So it needs a little bit more programming to work properly. Kitchen equipment is so-so. The pillows are very hard.

Easy and relaxing stay

Aspectos positivos: The view was amazing, close to the bus stops, great resturants and sea. It was very peaceful. Host was accomodating and friendly.

Endroit calme et stratégique

Aspectos positivos: La situation de l'appartement est exceptionnel.endroit calme une piscine qui n'était occupée que par nous .un plage a 100m entretenue . Une vue depuis la terrasse exceptionnelle. Un centre commercial a 100 m vraiment bien

Aspectos negativos: L'appartement était très bien si ce n'est un peu vétusté un bon coup de blanc sur les meubles brun et plus rien n'y paraitra.nous avions régulièrement des petites bêtes sur le plan du manger.le matériel de cuisine pas très propre, j'ai retrouvé une vieille baquette .des détails voilà

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage optimal, zum Strand, zum Einkaufen , zu Restaurants, zur Strandpromenade usw. Alles war sauber und ordentlich .

Aspectos negativos: Die Straße vor dem Objekt war teilweise ziemlich laut, im Laufe der Zeit gewöhnt man sich dran. Noch ein Tipp: Ein fester Sonnenschirm oder eine Markise für den Balkon wäre angebracht.
