Bungalow Santa Fe next to pool

Aspectos positivos: Lovely apartment within a safe, gated complex. Excellent location, not far from the airport and well placed to walk to the Maspalomas sand dunes and Playa del Ingles. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by, but the bungalow has a good kitchen so you can also eat in if you wish. It was also good having a washing machine. Several bus stops nearby to get to Las Palmas or in the other direction, Puerto Mogan. The accommodation is really close to the pool, which was a bonus. It has a good terrace that wraps around the property for all day sunshine. Santiago was a very good host.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing I had a problem with was the bed. I didn't find it very comfortable but when I explained it to Santiago he returned with brand new mattress toppers to try to improve the mattress. Everything else was good.

Comfortable stay but missing the little details

Aspectos positivos: - Convenient location close to supermarkets and buses and plenty of street parking if hiring a car. - Small but well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. - Comfortable mattresses and pillows. - Large terrace with different seating options overlooking the pool. - Secure complex that was generally pretty quiet. - Spare towels and extra blankets provided. - No issues with the WiFi. - Responsive host - met us to hand over the keys and also saw us out when we left.

Aspectos negativos: - Bedding was a bit tatty and needs replacing. - Dust blows in under front door when it's windy (needs a draught excluder). - No info provided in the bungalow (e.g. maps or attraction flyers). Also, we weren't shown where to dispose of our rubbish - we only found recycling. - No English TV channels and no Netflix login provided - we could only watch YouTube. - Kitchen missing basics like oil, salt and pepper. Likewise, washing machine but no liquid/ tablets. - Not a complaint, but sadly the host didn't speak English, so we could only comminicate via Whatsapp.

Prima verblijf

Aspectos positivos: De bungalow is netjes, schoon en van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Groot terras zowel aan de voor als achterkant met weids uitzicht. Het gehele complex is ruim opgezet met veel groen, twee zwembaden en geen gevoel dat je teveel op elkaar zit. Bovendien was het een rustig park en zowel overdag als s' nachts was er geen lawaai van mensen, kinderen of auto's.

Aspectos negativos: Het interieur van de bungalow is gedateerd, en zou wel een flinke opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Het bed is goed te slapen al had je te weinig steun van het matras als je te lang ligt. Badkamer is redelijk.
