Aspectos positivos: La casa es perfecta, para todo lo que se necesita cuando vas a estar unos días en Canaria. No le hace falta nada, cuidan mucho los detalles....

Aspectos negativos: Por poner una pega la ubicación, tienes que depender del coche. Pero aun así, era una muy buena zona! Siempre que vayas en coche...

Paz y armonía en todos los sentidos

Aspectos positivos: Todo!!! Entorno único y personal maravilloso! Niurka atenta en todo muy amable Y hace que te sientas en casa sin olvidar a Philips el rey de la casa

Aspectos negativos: No hubo nada que me disgustara

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento amplio, cómodo, luminoso a pesar del nombre, bien decorado con muebles de calidad, buena ducha, entrada independiente, fácil aparcamiento en la calle…

Aspectos negativos: Da a una amplia avenida trasera cuyo tráfico puede molestar a oídos muy sensibles. Los oídos normales ni se enterarán.

Cost effective, comfy, great location and immaculately clean.

Aspectos positivos: Amazing hospitality from the owner. He very kindly showed us where the best local restaurants were and also drove us to Aldi for supplies. Incredibly kind and generous. We loved the apartment it was well equipped and extremely comfy and would stay there again. A 5min walk to La Tasquita tapas bar which did amazing food. We stayed only one night as we were walking the Camino and the apartment was perfectly located to start our walk. Would highly recommend!

Aspectos negativos: There was nothing we did not like everything was perfect. .

Highly recommended... with stunning communal roof terrace and jacuzzi

Aspectos positivos: I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here at Basement apartments. Philip met me on arrival and it was a lovely welcome and introduction. There is a roof top terrace and jacuzzi with a magnificent view if you want to sunbathe and relax. The apartment itself was furnished to a high standard and the large double bed was very comfortable. Aspectos positivos: The place is very comfortable. We had our clothes washed and had access to the whirlpool. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use it because of our busy schedule. What amazing people live and work there!

Really good apartment

Aspectos positivos: Very well equipped apartment. We had to arrive earlier than the check-in schedule and they were really nice and arranged our arrival.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing is the noise of the cars. Maybe better to improve the windows to isolate the noise.

Designer apartment for people who enjoy the city

Aspectos positivos: The owner is really nice and helpful! It is also quite easy to park there and the access to city centre and highway is a good bonus. You have to take this particular apartment for what it is - basement apartment. So, expect limited natural light. But it was clean and it definitely offers a bang for the buck.

Aspectos negativos: As I alluded above, you need to expect smaller windows overlooking a major road.

A bit of a Gem Just out of Town

Aspectos positivos: We were struggling to find anywhere realistically priced in PDI then Basement Apt popped up , we wouldn't normally choose some where so far out but we know the area well and were confident with busses and Taxies, someone who rents a car would do great here as you can park out front. We were not expecting much at this price and location but... OMG the apartment was out of this world, the biggest apartment we have stayed at in PDI, Plush classy furnishings and the biggest TV we have ever used. Large comfortable double bed I believe memory foam, plenty of wardrobe space, Ironing board and Iron (which was nice). A well stocked kitchen, all the things we could possibly need. Nice Bathroom with very hot water. And all topped of with working Air con. The host couldn't be better nothing was too much trouble, anything we needed he could sort for us.

Aspectos negativos: We would recommend if you are new to PDI this may be a bit far out for you (unless you have a car here). Could do with some more plug sockets in the kitchen and by the bed, also some brighter lighting, but nothing was that all bad
