Fenomenal estancia en Maspalomas, perfecto para familias.
Aspectos positivos: Situación, limpieza, equipamiento. Piscina. Muy bien todo.
Aspectos negativos: Solamente hay climatizacion en el salón, serían necesarios ventiladores para las habitaciones. Las TV están sintonizadas en canales internacionales en su mayoría.

Fantastic flat, that has everything you need, in a great location, clean and comfy
Aspectos positivos: I met Marco and was in communication via WhatsApp it was easy and friendly. The Flat was fantastic, so comfy, the bed was so great to sleeping. All the facilities was perfect, especially loved the bean to cup coffee machine. It was like home from home. Great Wifi too. Highly recommend
Aspectos negativos: My only feedback would be, is it would of been nice to have some cleaning products for the flat, we stayed there for 10 days and would of been happy to mop the floor and have products to clean the toilet, but no products for that. I did by some antibacterial surface cleaner, but would have been nice to have some more products as I like to keep the place I am staying in home from home. There were are few dishwasher tablets and 2 washing gels which was appreciated. All in all a fab flat though.

Aspectos positivos: Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt und so sauber und gut ausgestattet, dass wir bereits nach wenigen Stunden das Gefühl von 'zuhause' hatten.
Aspectos negativos: Da wir jeden Tag auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und am Abend die letzten Stunden verbracht haben, hätten wir uns etwas bequemere Sitzgelegenheiten gewünscht.

Aspectos positivos: Appartamento favoloso ampio, con 3 camere e doppio bagno e con una bella vista. Dotato di tutti i principali elettrodomestici, cucina ben fornita, dotata di Wifi Il posto auto riservato un plus non indifferente . Situato a 2 passi dal Yumbo e dai principali locali. Con una passeggiata di 15 minuti si arriva alla spiaggia. Estrema disponibilità nell'anticipo del check in. Lo consiglio!

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is located very near to Yumbo Centre, the location is really good. The apartment condition is phenomenal, everything is really good, it looks brand new. Everything details is amazing.
Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately, the first day was a nightmare. Me and my friends went out, and we back to the hotel around 4am, we couldn't access the apartment, the door lock wasn't work. I have been outside with my friends try to contact the guy who gave us the keys, Marco, also i did contact booking central to talk about that, and nobody helped us. I had to call to a locksmith (a guy in booking said that what i had to do if i wanted get inside the building that time, because he did not have nobody to help us 6am, or would have to wait till 9am when he could find someone to help us), so i had pay to him open the door to us, because NOBODY in booking or the apartment manager could not do nothing to help us. After 2 hours outside in a cold weather 10C, yes , was cold, we got inside the apartment. When they try to contact to help us was 10:30am. After i said everything, sent all the videos, receipt, and screenshots about what had happened and asked for a refund with the locksmith paid, the girl Patricia, said i did not prove enough to GET a refund . So, they just accept to refund me, after the maintenance guy, Alex, went to our apartment to give us a new key and said to us the door lock was broken. so, the apartment is incredible, but the assistance is horrible.
