Aspectos positivos: Para cualquier consulta o duda tenía a mi disposición a ROCÍO MOLINA, un verdadero encanto para todo lo que pude necesitar y me contestaba sobre la marcha. El apartamento está en primera línea de playa y es muy muy cómodo con todo lo necesario.
Aspectos negativos: El vecino que tenía justo encima ( propietario) , según este señor.... podíamos \

A perfect place
Aspectos positivos: Perfect location, the sandy beach is just by the door. Lot of restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Shopping center is 5 minutes walk. The accomodation itself is fully equipped, clean, the garden is always green and has enough room for all the guests. Communication is perfect with the Team. Let it be a couple or a family this accomodation is perfect for all.

Aspectos positivos: Amazing location right on the beach with 2x beach cafes right outside and walking distance to shopping centre. Killian was contactable and very responsive via WhatsApp on lead up to our stay and arranged a massage treatment on our behalf prior to our arrival.
Aspectos negativos: No air con Shower had tendency to leak down step into the bathroom when using with our toddler! Limited cutlery and mugs/glasses

Perfekt lägenhet precis vid stranden
Aspectos positivos: Perfekt läge precis vid den bästa stranden. Fint med terrass och egna solbäddar. Bra rum och modern inredning.

Aspectos positivos: Locație foarte bună, zona animată dar în același timp liniștită, cu multe restaurante și magazine la 2 minute distanță. In fața proprietății găsiți o zonă de promenadă frumoasă, perfectă dimineața pentru cei care fac jogging, plaja conține atât o zonă amenajată cu șezlonguri cat și plajă liberă cu nisip foarte fin. Gazdă foarte promptă și de ajutor.
Aspectos negativos: Ultimul dormitor este foarte mic și din păcate atât salteaua cat și pernele ar trebui schimbate, nu sunt foarte confortabile.

Direttamente in spiaggia
Aspectos positivos: Proprio di fronte alla spiaggia con un bel giardino riparato in cui è possibile prendere il sole quando c'è molto vento. Ben accessoriato, molto disponibili e rapidi nel risolvere eventuali problemi nell'appartamento.
Aspectos negativos: Camere poco spaziose, di cui una senza finestre. Letto matrimoniale molto piccolo.

Aspectos positivos: Fantastyczna lokalizacja, tuż przy rozleglej plaży i promenadzie. Apartament przestronny z dwoma sypialniami, bardzo dobrze wyposażony praktycznie we wszystko co niezbędne (pralka, zmywarka, ekspres, środki czystości...). Łazienka z prysznicem. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bez kontaktu z obsługą. Parking przy ulicy. Zawsze udało się znaleźć jakieś wolne miejsce. W pobliżu centrum handlowe i sporo restauracji.
Aspectos negativos: Klimatyzacja jedynie w salonie. W sypialniach wiatraki. Każdy prysznic oznaczał zalaną łazienkę... Radziliśmy sobie rolując ręcznik i układając na krawędzi brodzika.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand
Aspectos positivos: Tolle Lage direkt am Strand!! Sonnenbaden im windgeschützten Garten möglich. Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Man kann die Strandpromenade bis zu den Dünen von Maspalomas entlang gehen oder auch joggen. Bäcker und Supermarkt in 5 Minuten per Fuß erreichbar. Fahrrad Verleih ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Parkplatz Situation war etwas schwierig, aber wir haben immer etwas gefunden in max. 10 Gehminuten Entfernung.
