Lugar tranquilo, alejado del núcleo urbano, pero buena comunicación con autovía
Aspectos positivos: El equipamiento de la cocina: lavadora, lavavajillas y con todos los utensilios. La cristalera del comedor hacia el valle. La amabilidad y recomendaciones de lugares y restaurantes del anfitrión. La tranquilidad y belleza del entorno. Facilidad y rapidez para llegar a Las Palmas y al aeropuerto.
Aspectos negativos: Para llegar al apartamento hay que bajar unas escaleras, que son muy complicadas para gente con problemas de movilidad o de vista. La finca está alejada del núcleo urbano, por lo que hay que coger el coche para todo.

Aspectos positivos: Un paraíso, estuvimos con dos nietos pequeños y disfrutamos muchísimo. Pablo, atento, siempre pendiente de nosotros. La casa lo tiene todo, vistas, zona de barbacoa con mesa familiar y cenador., muy completa en cuanto a equipamiento. Precioso jardín con rincones que te sorprenden a cada paso. Cerca de las Palmas, puedes disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la casa y hacer turismo cuando te apetezca. Recomiendo sin dudarlo, nosotros volveremos seguro. Gracias Pablo

Aspectos positivos: The property was really secure. Beautiful gardens. Lovely one bed apartment . It had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Perfect location to tour the island.
Aspectos negativos: The road leading to property needs a little attention. Needs some gravel or small stones to fill the potholes.

Aspectos negativos: We liked everything. It takes some time to drive to the house but we knew that upfront and appreciated the location.

Aspectos positivos: Vey nice flat in the great located villa. Lot of green around, great view. 5 minutes drive from the neerest village, 15 from Las Palmas. Great equipped. Very good contact to nice and helpfull owner :) Good working internet.

Aspectos positivos: We stayed in Luxury country and rural villa for almost a week. It was a great change from the crowded touristuc south to a quiet villa located in a very green area (very different from the volcanic landscapes of the south). Location of the villa is very convenient - close to Las Palmos, to the botanical garden, to the center of Santa Brigida and the highway to the south. If warm beaches of the south are needed - they are less than an hour drive. The territory of the villa was only for us, with the parking lot behind the gate and no neighbours around - very private. The apartment is very convenient, clean, with all the necessary facilities and a good bathroom. The kitchen was somewhat small, but we got used to that. Both we and our two kids enjoyed our stay at Luxury country and rural villa .

Tolle Unterkunft im Nordosten Gran Canarias
Aspectos positivos: Wir haben zwei Wochen auf Gran Canaria hauptsächlich zum Wandern verbracht. Die Lage der Unterkunft Villa El Risco war dafür ideal. Sowohl Wanderungen in den Bergen als auch an den Küsten waren mit dem Mietwagen maximal eine Stunde entfernt, auch dank der in unmittelbarer Nähe befindlichen Anbindung zur Autobahn. Die Unterkunft selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist nahezu komplett. Die kleine Küche (dort befindet sich auch der Esstisch) reicht für zwei Personen. Gute Betten. Sehr gute Dusche. Für Selbstversorger: Großer und sehr guter Supermarkt in Santa Brigida. Problemloser und lückenloser Kontakt mit Vermieter Pablo. Unkomplizierter Zugang zum Grundstück bei Anreise (Schlüsselbox). Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für naturverbundene Urlauber, die die wunderbaren Landschaften Gran Canarias genießen wollen.
Aspectos negativos: Ein paar Weingläser wären nett gewesen.

Aspectos positivos: Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und ländlichen Gegend mit guter Anbindung an die Autobahn, um die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Das Quartier ist sehr gut ausgestattet , hat eine sonnige Terrasse und eine tolle Aussicht auf das Tal. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfreich mit vielen Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Ausflüge, Wandern etc.
Aspectos negativos: Da die Küche sehr klein ist, wäre ein weiterer Esstisch im Wohnzimmer schön.
