Serenity and beautiful views

Aspectos positivos: The location, serenity of the place and the view including from the bedroom window is exceptional. The apartment is a good size and has everyone may need. Orlando and Jose are friendly and welcoming. The proximity to the beach enabled us to start our days with a morning swim, and I am going to miss this routine a lot. In summary I highly recommend this apartment!

Aspectos negativos: The location is fairly remote so a car is a must. Nothing much to do locally except the, so we chilled one day, but drove aroundthe island the rest. We wanted and chose a serene location, so wasn't an issue for us. But we would have liked a couple of cafes/ shops within walking distance. We arrived on NYE and had snacks in the apartment as even a couple of restaurants near by were closed and everything else needed driven to. Not an issue for us as it encouraged us to explore the island and rest when we were back at the apartment. But worth noting to those who may not want to drive as much during their stay.

Aspectos positivos: Mooi appartement met zeer groot terras met super uitzicht. San Felipe is klein en zeer rustig. Wil je rust en natuur dan is dit een aanrader. Totaal anders dan het toeristische Zuiden.

Aspectos negativos: Niets

Tolle Wohnung, riesige Terrasse, traumhafter Aussicht, direkt am Ozean.

Aspectos positivos: Eine tolle Maisonettewohnung mit einer schöne riesige Terrasse und mit einem spektakulären Sicht auf Ozean. Aussicht aus der Hauptschlafzimmer ist auch traumhaft. Bequemes Bett, alles sauber, schöne Küche, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, Grillmöglichkeit, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Der Ort ist weit weg vom Massentourismus, genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Ruhe, Natur, Ozean... Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto um dort zu kommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca. 5 km. In der Nähe gibt es einen Strand, wo man baden kann. Sonst ist diese Nordküste mehr für Surfer geeignet. Mit dem Auto ist aber kein Problem mehrere verschiedene Strände zu erreichen. Orlando ist sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat auf uns in der Wohnung gewartet und hat mehrere tolle Tipps und nützliche Infos gegeben. Danke ihm recht herzlich für alles! Es war eine schöne Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen definitiv zu empfehlen!

Aspectos negativos: Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber es gibt keine Spülmaschine, keine Waschmaschine und kein Backofen. Aussicht aus der Nebenschlafzimmer direkt auf der Straße bzw. ein Wand gegenüber. Wem das wichtig ist: Smart-TV gibt es nur in dieser Nebenschlafzimmer.

Aspectos positivos: Très bel appartement en duplex (chambres et salle de bain à l'étage) avec vue sur l'océan d'une grande terrasse. Propre et bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux de la part d'orlando qui nous a donné plein d'informations sur les restaurants et magasins des alentours.

Aspectos negativos: Dommage que l'appartement soit assez isolé. Mais nous le savions. Il faut absolument avoir une voiture pour se déplacer.

Aspectos positivos: Orlando ist ein herzlicher, freundlicher Gastgeber. In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht! Die Terrasse ist sehr schön mit tollem Blick! Beim Spaziergang Richtung Playa San Felipe haben wir natürliche Becken entdeckt, die auch bei Ebbe gefüllt waren- herrlich!
