Para pasar unos días como en casa.
Aspectos positivos: Casa con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. El anfitrión Carmelo un encanto y pendiente en todo momento tanto a la llegada como durante la estancia. Cama y almohada muy cómoda, fácil de aparcar en las inmediaciones y con un supermercado a dos calles. Detalles de bienvenida que se agradecen como cápsulas de café y azúcar y botella de agua.

Aspectos positivos: Lo cuidado y nuevo que está el apartamento, la equipación de la que dispone y el detalle de que nos dejarán dos toallas de playa a mayores de los juegos de baño. Ubicación tranquila, perfecta para descansar y para viajar por toda la isla.
Aspectos negativos: No hay nada que no me gustase. Por decir algo que sumaría puntos sería que tuvieran algún folleto turístico o plano/mapa a disposición de los usuarios (de hecho dejé algunos en el armario de la tv para que los pueda utilizar quien vaya por allí).

Aspectos positivos: Todo esque me encantó el apartamento, la ubicación , el casero , todo esque no pongo ni una pega , tiene todo lo necesario para todo super cuidado al mínimo detalle , la cama comodísima , aire acondicionado, el aparcamiento super fácil y la zona segura , limpio enserio mi pareja y yo solemos cojer apartamentos muy a menudo y es o de los pocos o el único del que ni buscando pongo una pega , esa en medio de la isla asique cerca de todo .

Volvería a repetir sin duda
Aspectos positivos: El apartamento tenia todo lo necesario para poder pasar una buena estancia. Carmelo muy amable y atento. Facilidad para todo y respuestas rápidas. Y cama muy comoda.
Aspectos negativos: Quizás un poco retirado de la playa (10/15 minutos). Pero por decir algo.

Clean flat, some good points, but not good enough for us
Aspectos positivos: Very clean, spacious, good shower, nice TV, had the minimum essentials. Changed the towels once throughout our 7 nights stay, which was welcomed. Sofa was comfortable and of a good size. Beach towels available, although we had ours with us, they were still useful. Town located in the middle of the island, close to the airport and in a good location if you want to explore both the north and the south of the island. A few good places to eat in close proximity. Great that we were able to leave the keys in the flat and leave on last day, so we didn't have to wait for someone to pick it up.
Aspectos negativos: Bed is fairly comfortable, however it's extremely small. My partner ended up sleeping on the sofa most of the week so at least one of us could sleep comfortably. No blankets and it was chilly in the evening, so they would have been necessary. No essentials such as salt, peper, oil, etc. Everything is being kept to a minimum in terms of what you find in the flat. I wonder if it's really that difficult to leave some essentials there, especially as I am sure people buy stuff and leave them there. For example, we left salt and kitchen towels. I know this accommodation is on the cheaper side, but some things are not at all expensive and they go a long way and make a massive difference for people renting the property. Check in rushed after waiting about 20 minutes for the owner, although în a big hurry, at least he was nice when he arrived. No instruction notes in the flat, not ideal when for example we couldn't find the hair drier and messaged the owner. He replied a few hours later when I already paid the next door hair salon to dry my hair, as it was a cold evening and couldn't have my hair wet. Also, residential area very noisy, especially in the mornings, as apartments not properly isolated.

Welcoming and very pleasant
Aspectos positivos: As my flight delayed i found out the rental car was already closed so Carmelo offered to pick us up at the airport. Super handful and friendly host, fantastic recommendations about places and restaurants. The flat was recently renovated and fully equiped, most comfy bed. Place couldn’t be cleaner. We’ll go back for sure!

Perfect home
Aspectos positivos: This reservation is fulfill every requirements. Cleaning service, good taste of design, quality bed etc. The worst part was to leave this home. - Very clean - Nice and cosy - Feels more spacious in real life - The owner Carmelo was very flexible and helpful - Always had free parking places (If not, the gravelfield near to the apartment is also a good choice) Muchos Gracias Carmelo!
Aspectos negativos: -Maybe a soundsproof or more robust door will be a good thing in longterm, because sometimes the neighbourhood/other guests? were too loud at the corridor
