Penthouse City Hub Stay

Definitely can recommend.

Aspectos positivos: -Located in less truistic area which was a bonus for me. -Flat was comfortable and big. -Bed comfortable. -Very clean and newly refurnished. - Flat was located on a top floor (3rd) - that was not an issue for me but some may struggle with walking up and down the stairs so worth asking which floor is exact apartments as there is whole block of them.

Aspectos negativos: Very small thing really but worth improvement as overall experience/ impression was really good! -no instruction in regards to rubbish (I left mine inside in the bag) - no Kettler in the property, to make a tea I boiled water in a sauce pan. - some of the pans are old and handle wobbly, - chopping boards extremally small (one was literally a size of a large tea coaster) - no things such a salt and pepper (they were always a standard in every property I stayed so far) - would be nice to have a small chair and table on our little balcony. I presume those with terrace has one.

Aspectos positivos: Het appartement is nieuw, geweldig denk dat ik de eerste gast was, alles is netjes, de supermarkt zit op de hoek. Restaurants en bars zijn ook op loopafstand, lekker om tussen de locale Canarische mensen te zitten, en dan nog gesproken over het eten en drinken en prijzen. Zo moet het overal zijn.🤓 volgende x weer.

Aspectos negativos: Nieuw prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Gewoon top

Aspectos positivos: Die Unterkunft war neu und sehr gut ausgestattet, Inductionskochfeld, Ruhig, Stadtnähe, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, Spar im gleichen Haus,

Aspectos negativos: Der check in mit dem zugeschicktem Link per WhatsApp zum Öffnen der Tür hat mir nicht so gut gefallen, vor der Tür ist man sich etwas verloren vorgekommen . Ich habe den Schlüsselcode lieber schon früher und bin dann unabhängig. Es hat aber alles gut funktioniert und es hat sich per WhatsApp immer sehr schnell jemand gemeldet

Aspectos positivos: Apartament nou renovat, curat, două dormitoare un living cu bucătărie, baie și o terasa generoasa !

Aspectos negativos: Este o sugestie pentru proprietari, ar fi bine ca la bucătăria care era echipata cu cele necesare, să fie sare, piper și eventual 1/2 l ulei și la fel oțet pentru cei care doresc să-și gătească ! De asemenea, o sticla de apa de 1-2 l din partea casei ar fi un detaliu de apreciat ! Și tot ca o sugestie, un expresor cu capsule ar fi mai eficient și mai potrivit decât aparatul existent !
