Aspectos positivos: Desde uestra llegada,todo fueron facilidades,Ana,una profesional y el resto también muy dispuestos. Ubicación perfecta con todo lo necesario muy cerca. Volveremos!

Aspectos negativos: Los canales de televisión no sintonizan,pero tampoco tuve mucho tiempo para ver tv 😊

Aspectos positivos: La limpieza del apartamento a nuestro llegada era inmejorable. Acudían un par de veces a la semana a limpiar, nos cambiaron sábanas y toallas. Personal muy agradable. Facilitaron todo lo que pudieron la entrada, nos facilitaron quedarse con las maletas a la salida porque ese día ya habían alquilado el apartamento y entraban nuevos huéspedes. Además del apartamento, el edificio estaba impecable. Una ubicación estupenda y un precio insuperable. En el apartamento tienes cafetera, microondas, plancha, secador de pelo, elementos para cocinar… Sin duda, volveremos.

Aspectos negativos: No hay quejas. Se agradecería horario más amplio de piscina, pero es solo una sugerencia. Cierra a las 18.

Aspectos positivos: Muy buena ubicacion a dos calles de las Dunas de MAspalomas, y caminamo solo 4 minutos para llegar al yumbo cada dia. Super Limpio, piscina increible y muy seguro! me encantó! Personal super amable. Volveremos pronto

Very Lovely Staff

Aspectos positivos: I was really happy with the staff, we had an issue with one of our rooms and they were so kind to refund the additional room, they were polite and flexible

Aspectos negativos: Not always easy to find staff when needed

Aspectos positivos: The location was perfect. Very comfortable room. Pool area was fabulous.

Aspectos positivos: Spotlessly clean and nice apartment very centrally located. Next to Yumbo Center.

Aspectos negativos: A bit noisy from work being done nearby. Sometimes no warm water in the shower.

Aspectos positivos: I love the location of this place it is ideally situated near all local amenities be that beach shopping eating out bars 2 mins from the yumbo has a great pool & terrace is very chilled & quiet and a great place to stay within one day I felt like it was like home from home the staff were great from reception to the cleaners the male & female that assisted me were truly great I'd have no hesitations in recommending these apartments whenever I return to Gran Canaria I would not stay any where else nor would need to as his hotel meets my needs totally I did what I wanted when I wanted and was left to do my thing which is exactly what you want to do on holiday in reality
