Aspectos positivos: El CoLiving es un sitio muy bonito y he tenido la suerte de tener compañeros amables. Hay solo 4 habitaciones muy grandes y bonitas, un salón con terraza, una cocina grande , lavadero y 2 baños con ducha. Me gustó todo.

Aspectos negativos: La peor cosa fue el ruido de la calle, jueves, viernes y sábado fueron noches con gritos y muchos ruidos y he dormido muy poco.

Aspectos positivos: Great space to spend a few days working from. Very close to the beach, central area. Fast wifi and spacious apartment generally speaking. You share it with other people as it is in a co-living but things were organized and well thought. 100% recommend

Aspectos positivos: Very central flat close to everything you will need and also a short walk from the beach. Wifi is fast perfect for working, the flat is nicely furnished. Friendly staff and flatmates

Aspectos positivos: Very central location, near the beach and bus station. Spacious common area, washing maschine for use.

Aspectos negativos: Noise from the street below nights and mornings. Kettle would be nice in the kitchen.

Fair price, clean and located in the city center

Aspectos positivos: Fair prices, friendly staff, clean, and most importantly, it's located in the city center, close to the central bus station.

Nice place where to live for a while

Aspectos positivos: Nice atmosphere, good location and really well organized apartment. Spaces are huge. rooms especially, and everything is clean and well treated. Guests respect each other and you can easily live in there. Ginevra is a really nice and helpful host.

Aspectos negativos: Bed were not so comfy, but for the rest nothing to say.

Aspectos positivos: The flat, the facilities, the community between the flatmates, the location 5min from the beach, the wifi and the communication with the host were all amazing!

Aspectos negativos: However, it is quite loud, both during the night as well as in my case during the week because of a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood - so if you are a light sleeper or want to work from home and focus like me, think twice and ask the host about whether the construction works are still going on

Aspectos positivos: Poloha ubytovania , poschodie - vysoko čiže výhľad ,veľkosť izby + vysoké stropy , celkovo priestranný byt + vybavenie (kychyňa ,práčovňa)

Aspectos negativos: Maličká vec a to,že dvere do izby vŕzgajú . Skôr mi to vadilo kvôli ostatným v byte .( Rušenie)

Central landing pad

Aspectos positivos: Bright and spacious, in a super central location. It's got everything you need to feel at home, including 2 bathrooms for the 4 rooms and a well appointed kitchen for all your cooking needs. And a comfortable desk for remote work with nice outlook on the top floor and reasonable (but not perfect) wifi.

Aspectos negativos: With the central location comes a lot of noise at every hour - from pre-dawn delivery trucks to communal recycling skips filled & emptied to traffic jams to late night partiers. And the windows are not sealed, so make sure you bring earplugs. I extended my stay, so not a deal breaker, but annoying.
