Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es espectacular, lastima que no nos avisarán que había que subir una cuesta muy pronunciada y con muchos escalones, aunque hay muchas rampas para subir las maletas, pero Krispin es súper amable y te ayuda a subirlas y esta súper atento con todo y preguntando constantemente por si necesitas algo.

Aspectos negativos: Las escaleras de subida al alojamiento, aunque después la terraza merece la pena.

Tranquilidad y vistas

Aspectos positivos: Las vistas eran espectaculares en la terraza, puedes comer con vistas al mar. La tranquilidad del apartamento, la cocina está bien equipada, Krispin fue muy amable

Aspectos negativos: La verdad que todo nos gusto

Aspectos positivos: La terraza común tiene nevera, cocina y unas vistas increíbles. La cama y el baño muy cómodos

Aspectos negativos: Hay que saber que para llegar se suben muchas escaleras y muy empinadas

Lovely location

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful view from the top of the house. Liked the open kitchen. Kryspin, the host was very responsive and pleasant.

Aspectos negativos: The sewage smells from the en suite bathroom. This was apparently due to the super stormy weather we were experiencing. Kryspin put a towel in a plastic bag on top of the shower drain to try and prevent the smell from coming up but it did not work long term. He also gave me an anti odour spray which did not eliminate the smell. He couldn't have done more to try and solve the problem.

A wonderful, cosy place

Aspectos positivos: A wonderful place with views over the harbour and the village from the open terrace. We used the cooking facilities for breakfast every day and also for dinner and lunch a couple of times. Tables and chairs are on the terrace but for bad weather there are also tables indoors one floor down. The location is quite central, just over ten minutes walk to the bus station and to the beach. There are also sunchairs available on the terrace. Our host, Kryspin, was kind and helpful.

Aspectos negativos: We had a nice private bathroom, but it was separate from the bedroom and we had to cross a corridor and use a key to access it. The location with beautiful views come with a price, there are many steps to climb to reach it.

Aspectos positivos: Loved the roof terrace . What a view !!! It was very well equipped with cooking facilities and it was nice to be cooking outside The rooms are nice and spacious In case of winds or rain, there is an indoor kitchen available as well

Aspectos negativos: Bella Vista is up a steep hill, ( that's why you get much a panoramic view) so it might be tricky to get to it if you have heavy suitcases or do not enjoy steep hills. . There are ramps though and, Krispin is always available and offers to help you carry your luggage. The climb, though, is a great way to get fit on holiday :) Another thing to mention is that we didn't like the pillows which are quite thick and hard

Aspectos positivos: Good views, good vibe to the place in general. The host was very informative and accommodating. 2 minutes to the beach.

Aspectos negativos: The only negative for myself and my wife was the bathroom is in a shared communal area so in the middle of the night not ideal etc to walk across the hallway. Would have preferred a more private bathroom. There were alot of steps but for us that wasn't a problem but if you have mobility issues it might be.

We had a lovely few days in this apartment and couldn’t fault it. Would highly recommend.

Aspectos positivos: Everything. Lovely terrace with spectacular views. All cooking amenities provided in an outdoor kitchen area. Lovely room with good standard of towels, bedding etc. All perfectly clean. Friendly, helpful host. Great location too.

Great host, super clean, amazing views!

Aspectos positivos: Kryspin was very welcoming, and came down to meet us and help with the bags. The property was very clean and we were not only given a hand towel and bath towel each, but also a beach towel. Kryspin even had parasols and beach chairs for us. The roof terrace has spectacular views of Puerto De Mogan, this too is very clean and even has a kitchen up there! Kryspin regularly checked in and delivered fresh towels and water mid stay. We will definitely be coming back to stay at Bella Vista!

Aspectos negativos: The steps up to the property! Although this is beyond the hosts control and its worth the view!
