Great villa with superb views in a quiet city.

Aspectos positivos: The house is set on the main street, in a beautiful yard with orange and avocado trees. It is very quiet, except some light trafic (1st & 2nd January). Everything is new and of very good quality. The common area is great, with confortable sofas and armchairs. The view is amazing and you can enjoy the balcony armchairs from morning untill moonrise. Coffe pods and tea bags in the room, along with a cofeemachine and water boiler (both new). Also, in the room there is a smart TV, big fridge, some plates and mugs. You can use the common kitchen (with oven, microwave, airfryer, etc) to wash them or to do a bit of cooking if you want. The bahroom is clean and everything works ok (hot water almost imediatly, bidee, etc). Communication with the hosts was swift and precise, all the questions answered very quick.

Aspectos negativos: The only minus I could find (mostly in corelation to price - we paid 100 EUR / night) is that the bathroom is shared (as well as the kitchen) but we knew about this and everything was sparkling clean. We had no issue using the shared facilities.

Aspectos positivos: Schöner Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Tee- und Kaffeezubereitung im Zimmer. Altmodisch, aber sehr gemütlich.

Aspectos negativos: Entgegen der Beschreibung hier, wurde mir weder ein Frühstück angeboten, noch gab es eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Glastüre, wodurch man ständig das Licht vom Gang und den Nachbarn nachts sieht. Das Rauchen auf den Balkonen sollte nicht erlaubt sein. Ich hatte ständig Rauchgestank im Zimmer, da ich mit offenem Fenster schlafe. Ziemlich hellhörig.

Aspectos positivos: Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, la casa è bella ed accogliente. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ho avuto un problema di salute e mi ha donato delle medicine oltre a del buon tè caldo!!!

Aspectos positivos: Außergewöhnlich schöne Veranda mit Schaukelstühlen. Sehr entgegen kommender, sympathischer Vermieter. Sehr nette Gäste, mit denen man sich die schönen Gemeinschaftsräume teilt. Großartiger Blick. Schöne Bergstadt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Spanisches Haus in ruhiger Lage mit schönem Blick und tollem Frühstück.

Aspectos positivos: Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, unglaublich üppiges und leckeres Frühstück, ein sehr zuvorkommende und freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns über die normale Gastgeber Rolle hinaus unterstützt hat. Wasser und Orangen auf dem Zimmer, Sebastjan brachte uns sogar am Abend eine Pizza aus der Stadt mit, da wir spät angekommen waren.

Aspectos negativos: Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach Norden, was aber durch eine mobile Heizung und den Süd Balkon, den wir alle benutzen konnten, sehr gut kompensiert wurde.
