Good apartament

Aspectos positivos: Close to beach, nestled within the local community, a great base for excursions, a spacious apartment with access to a public swimming pool.

Aspectos negativos: Apartment is spacious, though there are some signs of slight wear — such as sagging doors, scuffed door frames, and grout and sealant that could benefit from refreshing. The outdoor sun lounger was not entirely clean, and in the photos the apartment appeared flawless. It would be worth refining these details, as they might affect the overall impression. Apart from that, everything was excellent!

Perfect for our needs

Aspectos positivos: Lovely clean, well appointed apartment. Great communication with the property managers. There is a nice pool with plenty of sun loungers.

Aspectos negativos: The location is at the top of a steep hill, which was fine for us but may be an issue for those less active.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was perfect, location, rooms, beds, terrace, equipment of the kitchen... Very pleasant communication with the owner. I recommend this accommodation👍

Aspectos positivos: Sehr gemütliches und sauberes Haus.Mega Steingarten mit schönen Pflanzen und einer großen Palme.Auch 2 Sonnenliegen und vernünftige Gartentisch mit 6 Stühlen. Gut ausgestattete Küche und saubere Bäder

Aspectos negativos: Pavimento non pulitissimo. Non si può buttare carta nel wc. Bisogna usare il cestino a lato.

Aspectos positivos: Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es ist wunderbar zu erreichen mit dem Bus. Wir fanden das Haus individuell, schöner als ein klassisches Hotel. Der Pool nebenan ist sehr schön und sauber.

Aspectos positivos: De accommodatie is van alle gemakken voorzien en dicht bij het prachtige Anfi Beach. Parkeren kan eenvoudig voor de deur en de ligging is ideaal voor dagjes aan het strand in het zuiden van het eiland.

Aspectos positivos: Prijemny dom v tichej ulicke. Plaz Anfi je asi 8 minut pesi (verejny vytah).

Aspectos positivos: Das Haus ist perfekt zum Erholen. Zum Anfi Strand braucht man 10 min. Rückweg ist steil, aber kurz. Hat uns nicht gestört. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt...Kaffeemaschine, Strandtücher, Toaster, und vielem mehr. Betten sind bequem. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Kleiner Supermarkt mit Basics nur 1min entfernt. Tolle Terrasse. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin sehr gut und unkompliziert.

Séjour très agréable et inoubliable.

Aspectos positivos: La casa La Palmera était très propre , très spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Le palmier au centre du patio était magnifique. L'endroit était bien situé car la plage était accessible à pied en 10 à 15 mn. L'endroit était très proche en voiture de la ville de Puerto Rico qui est très animée le soir.

Aspectos negativos: Il faudrait mettre des poignées de porte avec verrou ou clef dans la salle de douche en haut et les toilettes du bas.
