Aspectos positivos: La vivienda está totalmente reformada y tiene todo lo necesario. El propietario muy amable y pendiente de tus necesidades.

Aspectos positivos: Es una pasada. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo! El apartamento está muy nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Muy limpio, espacioso, cómodo, silencioso, tranquilo, y con unas vistas espectaculares. Me sentí como en casa. Me pareció un detallazo que había de todo, gel, champú, café, té, aceite, sal, especias... literal de todo, además del propio menaje. Cuando lo reservé leí mucho comentario sobre el ruido para dormir y mi experiencia ha sido magnífica. He podido dormir perfectamente y en ningún momento me molestó el ruido de la carretera. Jorge (el dueño) es un tipo majísimo y muy atento! No tengo ninguna duda que cuando vuelva a Gran Canaria voy a hospedarme aquí otra vez :)

Aspectos negativos: Nada. Todo fue perfecto.

Aspectos positivos: La casa es perfecta para dos personas. El dueño muy amable. Volveriamos a repetir. Hemos estado muy contentos.

Aspectos negativos: Por decir algo, esta situado al lado de la carretera por lo que se oye el ruido de los coches pasar. Aun asi, pudimos dormir perfectamente.

Aspectos positivos: Fue poquito tiempo pero la estancia fue excelente! Sin duda volvemos a repetir

Aspectos positivos: We were pleasantly impressed by the ocean view. The house has everything you need (towels, shampoo, everything for cooking — oil, spices, kitchen utensils, etc.). We felt right at home. It’s truly very comfortable. If you choose this house for your stay, you won’t regret it.

Nagyon jól felszerelt, óceánparti szállás

Aspectos positivos: Egy ingatlan az óceán partján. A hullámok szinte karnyújtásnyira. Két éjszakát töltöttem itt a családommal. Egy kis település szélén helyezkedik el a ház, de könnyen elérhető, mert főút közvetlen szomszédságában van. A főút mellett ingyenesen lehet parkolni kicsit tovább haladva a település felé. A szállás tiszta, az ágy kényelmes. Van egy hátsó terasz és a tetőre is ki lehet menni, ha az óceánt akarjuk megcsodálni és a szörfösöket. Minden szükséges eszköz rendelkezésre áll, az egyik legjobban felszerelt hely, ahol eddig jártam. Kávé, finom bor bekészítve és még egy csomó hasznos dolog pl. fogkrém, naptej, fültisztító stb. A bejutás gördülékeny és egyszerűen megy kulcsos dobozból felvett kulccsal. Jó ár-érték arányú hely. Egyedül a főút autós forgalmának a zaja zavaró kb. este 10-11-ig. Ettől függetlenül tetszett a hely, ajánlom!

Aspectos positivos: The host was very responsive to our questions/comments before and during our stay and flexible in meeting us to pick up the keys, and the welcome gift items were a great touch! The house is a renovated stone home which has been restored nicely and has everything you need for a stay. The kitchen is well equipped, and there were bath toiletries and beach towels as well. The bed was comfortable and the extra blankets were appreciated as the weather was chillier than usual during our stay. The location is good - close to Las Palmas and next to a main road to explore the rest of the island. There's a Mercadona and restaurants nearby. There is street parking close by.

Aspectos negativos: We had read the reviews about being next to a highway. It is a four-lane thoroughfare that is busy all day long. Between 11pm and 6am there is markedly decreased traffic and it really didn't affect our sleep too much. However during the day it is a bit difficult to relax on the rooftop or outside patio with the road noise, but once inside the sound is more muffled. The rooftop has plastic sunbeds - one which was in disrepair, it would be nicer to have wooden or metal ones to go along with the feel of the rest of the property.

Sehr autentische Unterkunft für Individualreisende abseits von Touristenströmen. Wir kommen wieder.

Aspectos positivos: Ideales Haus für Gäste die abseits der Touristenströme unterkommen wollen. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, Kaffee, etwas Wein und Bier schon zur freien Nutzung vorhanden. Sauber, ordentlich. Nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Dachterasse. Ständig der Geschmack von Meer in der Luft...

Aspectos negativos: Das Haus liegt an der Schnellstraße (wird vom Rauschen des Meeres aber übertönt). Natürlich kein perfekter Blick aufs Meer. ... Nächste Schwimmmöglichkeit ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt (aber sehr schön) . Restaurants ebenso.
