Maravilloso para comenzar el 2026!!!!

Aspectos positivos: El paisaje, la casa muy acogedora , la limpieza del lugar como también los detalles de cortesía.

Aspectos negativos: Les recomiendo un cambio en los sillones del salon ,como tambien el pavimento de la entrada a la finca.

Aspectos positivos: El sitio muy bonito con vistas espectaculares, totalmente recomendable para desconectar de la ciudad y conectar con la naturaleza.

Aspectos negativos: Todo fue de nuestro agrado🙃

Aspectos positivos: Súper amables, la casa muy bien, limpia y con todo lo necesario. El tema de acceso y aparcar he visto alguna queja pero tampoco está tan mal. La verdad que en general un 10.

Aspectos negativos: Por decir algo falta luz y ventilación en las habitaciones interiores y baño, pero tampoco es problemático. Y obviamente por la zona en la que está tienes que comerte la carretera para cualquier cosa, pero eso se da por hecho.

Aspectos positivos: Lo que mas nos gustó fueron las vistas espectaculares y la tranquilidad que se respiraba en la zona. La casita estaba muy limpia.

Ideal

Aspectos positivos: Tanto los anfitriones como la Finca El Cercadillo han sido maravillosos. La finca se encuentra en un lugar de la isla muy tranquilo, perfecto si quieres desconectar y relajarte. A su vez, la finca es muy bonita y amplia por dentro, con todo tipo de detalles y eso sin hablar de lo impoluta/limpia que está. Añadir también que los anfitriones han estado para cualquier necesidad, han sido muy atentos y cercanos. Una finca espectacular.

Un remanso de paz y tranquilidad

Aspectos positivos: La casa tenía todo, los anfitriones tuvieron un detalle con una cesta con varios productos. La casa estaba súper limpia y olía muy bien. Los anfitriones muy atentos y amables, nos respondieron a todas las peticiones, sin ningún problema. Lo mejor de la vivienda las vistas y la tranquilidad de la zona.

Aspectos negativos: Lo único que falló la TV de la habitación que no se escuchaba.

Aspectos positivos: La limpieza, el entorno tranquilo y silencioso, en general un lugar maravilloso para desconectar y pasar tiempo en familia con todas las comodidades de una casa en el campo

Relaxing place with a sea view

Aspectos positivos: We were lucky enough to be alone during our short stay, so we fully enjoyed the peace and privacy that this accommodation offers. The winter weather was not very kind to us, but we finally got to see the sea and the neighboring island.

Aspectos negativos: A bit complicated entrance and parking.

Amazing views and sounds of the countryside.

Aspectos positivos: The views during the day were fabulous, looking towards the see with the mountains to one side. Very quiet. Lovely big apartment and very clean. Lovely hosts who always asked if they could help. There is a big orange street light just outside the building which means you can't see the night sky. It is council owned and yet Rafa did ask them if he could cover it for us. They said no but we were really impressed that he had tried.

Aspectos negativos: The gate coming in is very awkward. It is a sharp turn off the road and there is nowhere to park while you unlock and lock the gate. You have to lock it each time as the family in the apartment next door do visit at least twice a week for a few hours and want to have the gate locked because of the animals. You also have a limited and tight space in which to park because of the visits from next door. We had a quite big hire car and had to spend time every day maneuvering it so that it wasn't in the way or getting scratched.

Ein schönes und ruhiges Urlaubsdomizil abseits von den Touristenströmen im Norden von Gran Canaria

Aspectos positivos: Die Finca bietet ausreichend Platz. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, landestypisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber und komfortabel. Man hat von der Außenterrasse einen fantastischen Ausblick bis hinab zum Meer. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Von der Unterkunft ist man mit dem Auto in ca. 1 Stunde in der Hauptstadt von Las Palmas, in den touristischen Süden über die Autobahn benötigt man ca. 1,5 Stunden. In der Umgebung im Norden und im zentralen Bergland gibt es herrliche Ausflugsziele sowohl mit dem Auto als auch für Wanderer und Biker.

Aspectos negativos: Die Finca liegt auf 1.100 m Höhe und während unseres Aufenthalts Ende Dez./Anfang Januar lagen die Tagestemperaturen bei ca. 12 Grad, nachts bei ca. 8 Grad. Das Haus verfügt im Flur über einen Kamin. Leider war es schwierig, entsprechendes Kaminholz zu besorgen, sodass die ersten zwei Nächte im Haus etwas ungemütlich waren. Ein Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, mit der man dieses eine Zimmer heizen kann. Die zwei kleinen noch vorhandenen Heizlüfter schaffen nur bedingt eine momentane Wärme. Allerdings kann man diese nur einschalten, wenn man nicht zeitgleich andere Elektrogeräte in der Küche betreiben möchte (Backofen, Wasserkocher o. Mikrowelle), da sich ansonsten die Elektrosicherung abschaltet. Im Sommer ist diese kleine Einschränkung mit Sicherheit kein Problem!
