Un lugar único
Aspectos positivos: TODO sin duda alguna. Ha sido una estancia maravillosa, un lugar idílico de paz y tranquilidad. Pero hacer especial mención a Rafael por su amabilidad y cercanía. Gracias por ofrecer una experiencia única, volveremos.

Descanso asegurado, disfrutando del paisaje y las ventajas de un núcleo urbano cercano.
Aspectos positivos: La casa, amplia con varias terrazas, la ubicación cerca del pueblo con todo tipo de servicios. Rafael el dueño es respetuoso con las tradiciones locales y con su propiedad. Privacidad sin renunciar a la cercanía de la población.
Aspectos negativos: Todo correcto. Estancia y acogida por parte del dueño satisfactoria .

Una semana en el paraiso
Aspectos positivos: Todo. Es una mezcla entre una parte tranquila con la piscina, terraza y la casa con el aire acondicionado genial. Todo muy bien y Rafael nos trató muy bien. Muy buena persona y muy atento. Repetiremos seguro !!
Aspectos negativos: Si intentas buscarle un fallo a esta casa .. el problema lo tienes tú ... Porque no hay NADA de lo que quejarse

A charming house worth the time spent
Aspectos positivos: Incredibly cozy, beautiful and clean country house, nicely furnished, with all the necessary utensils and a barbecue in the yard. Beautiful views of the surrounding valley, flowers and birds around. Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxing holiday in nature and a little peace from the noise of the city. The local crocodile lizards, which seem to be unafraid of people, added a special flavor.
Aspectos negativos: I would highly recommend adding an electric kettle, as heating water on the stove takes a lot of time (and requires not forgetting the kettle on the stove too!). The internet also worked with delays, but this is probably a disadvantage of the remote location.

Aspectos positivos: This is a really nice property in a very quiet, almost rustic part of Gran Canaria. Very comfortable for two and fully equipped. with everything you need. Fifteen minutes from the airport but absolutely no aircraft noise. The small town of Ingenio is friendly having two good restaurants and an excellent bakery about 20-25 minutes walk.
Aspectos negativos: This should have been a 5 star review but when we arrived there was no wifi. The owner tried to log on with us but not improbably an email address was not the password. The explanation that it was a temporary fault was not believable and sure enough the wifi never worked. I contacted the owner by email and through 'messaging' to no avail. Only when I complained through Booking.com was there a response,. I think pressure from Booking.com made the owner take my complaint seriously after my second complaint as he then returned, reset the router ( switch off/switch on) and provided a new password. It worked! And seamless wifi from then on. This event is significant because I found that earlier messaging via Booking.com was ignored by the owner when I was trying to check out if there was a filter coffee maker- there is, but couldn't get a response. So have no reservations about booking this property- it's excellent, but if the owner ignores a reasonable request from you don't be slow to use the excellent customer service process with Booking.com.

Aspectos positivos: Logement un peu en retrait ; très calme. Parfait pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Il ne manque rien. Rafael est adorable, très prévenant. nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Gastgeber!
Aspectos positivos: Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es mangelt wirklich an nichts. Sogar ein prall gefüllter Geschenkkorb hat uns bei der Anreise erwartet. Sie ist sehr ruhig und sicher gelegen im Barranco de Guayadeche, einem Naturschutzgebiet. Man kann zwar immer wieder Hunde bellen hören, das hat uns jedoch nicht gestört. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die sich im Wohnzimmer befindet, in den beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es Deckenventilatoren. Rafael ist ein toller Gastgeber und sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Samstags haben wir sogar sehr gute, frisch gebackene Brötchen bekommen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
Aspectos negativos: Das Doppelbett war recht schmal für zwei erwachsene Personen.
