Very good price for a nice stay

Aspectos positivos: Sebastian is very helpful host - thank you for all the recommendations during our stay. The flat is big and well-equipped (especially kitchen, where you can find all staff required to comfortable cooking: pans, blenders, coffee makers, microwave, toster and even potato masher. It must be really nice and chilly during the summer, but remember to take some warmer cloths / socks to wear inside during colder months :) on the terrace there's a shared washing machine in a very good condition. We slept together in the smaller bedroom as it is further from the neighbors' wall and it was ok for us to share the smaller bed, so everything is a matter of your own standards :) Parking spots are available around the flat but if not - there's a free parking lot near by. Also, there are shops in a walk-able distance.

Aspectos negativos: The flat is quite noisy - doors can't be closed quietly and you can hear neighbors but as long as you are not going to spend all days inside and you are staying with someone you feel comfortable with, it is not a big problem.

Live like local resident

Aspectos positivos: This place can discrabe as visit in long distance grandma place - of course in good sense 😊 location the best - quiet and very local, the best option if you like to spend vacation away from other tourists and experience Canaries like resident. Everything you want is there to have long vacation - washing machine, equipment for the grill, local television, spacious kitchen and very big space to live. You can feel that you support Gran Canaria by sleeping here.

Gute Lage für Wanderungen an der Küste und in den Bergen

Aspectos positivos: Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger Ortslage. Große Dachterrasse mit guter Möglichkeit die Wäsche zu trocknen. Wir haben den morgendlichen Kaffee auf der Dachterrasse sehr genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir wurden gut vom Gastgeber informiert. Fragen wurden zeitnah per WhatsApp beantwortet. Wir wurden bei Ankunft schon erwartet.

Un séjour au calme dans une grande maison, très bien équipée

Aspectos positivos: C’est une maison spacieuse et très bien équipée pour une famille de quatre à cinq personnes. Elle est très bien équipée avec une cuisine complète (il y a même un lave-vaisselle!) et un espace buanderie sur le toit.

Aspectos negativos: Un peu loin de l’aéroport… Mais c’est ma faute, j’aurais dû vérifier avant…

Wundervoller Ort und ein besonderer Urlaub!!!!

Aspectos positivos: Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Menschen in La Aldea hat mir am meisten gefallen. Der Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns wunderbare Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt genannt. Im ersten Moment scheint das Dorf etwas abgelegen, jedoch würde ich die Ruhe und die Authentizität des Ortes immer wieder der Stadt vorziehen. Immerhin gab es das Wochenende ein wundervolles frei zugängliches Live Concert. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es war ein toller Urlaub!!!
