Aspectos positivos: Nos sorprendió el nivel de acogimiento y comodidad en cada detalle, la implicación de los dueños por una decoración funcional basada en la fauna, flora y cultura local de las islas que nos permitió descubrir muchos valores de la identidad local de la isla. Toda una experiencia que sin duda nos encantaría repetir.

Aspectos negativos: Quedamos gratamente sorprendidos, y no hubo nada que no fuera grato para nosotros.

Amazing build.. architectually.

Aspectos positivos: Everything. I was travelling alone and so had the whole place to myself. The huge windows and electronic black out blinds. The terrace on the roof which is a suntrap even in March. The location is near cafe's and not too loud and not too remote. Fruit, yoghurt, milk, beer.. the most well stocked property I've ever stayed at. Projector cine-screen for Netflix. I didn't use the lift but it's a great addition should you need it. I didn't meet the owners as arrived about 10pm. I ate on arrival in the Tapas bar a few door down.But they have a representative to sort anything. Nothing needed sorting. x The front door is a key pad so no key to carry around.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing... unfortunately I was there when there was a freak few days of thunderstorms but the house entirely made up for the bad weather. I wanted to live there.

It was amazing. We would thoroughly recommend to everyone.

Aspectos positivos: We were met on arrival by Luis, who showed us the key code. Then he gave us the grand tour of the house. It has the Wow factor on every floor, with loads of little touches. Lovely coffee machine with coffee supplied, milk, tea, fruit, little chocolates and every appliance you'd ever need in the kitchen. There's a lift to every level for access, even to the roof terrace. Which is a fantastic sun trap for a glass of wine and a chill out. The bedroom is spacious and bed is very comfy. The bathroom is great with an amazing shower and all toiletries are supplied. The lounge and kitchen are together and there is a great drop down screen and projector for a quiet night in after a day on the beach. In short this was the best and most well equipped Holiday home we have ever stayed in, every little touch has added a wow factor to the house. You can tell when you are met by Luis how proud he and his wife are of there home.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing, super happy with our stay.

Aspectos positivos: Great apartment in a fantastic area in the old part of Las Palmas .. perfect for super bars and restaurants. The welcome from Luis and his wife was super, and it was great to have fruit, milk, butter and some wine in the fridge! Luis was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay The apartment has everything you need.. including access to Netflix and the excellent Bluetooth speakers if you just want to play some tunes! Comfy bed, good shower, lovely toiletries..and a heat exchange system to keep the flat cool on the hot days! Only a 20 mins (30 Euro) cab ride from the airport, a supermarket only 5 mins walk away ....and the main shopping area even closer!! Would highly recommend!

Aspectos negativos: Nothing that we didn't like!

Aspectos positivos: This is a house to feel at home. The owner was very kind and solved every little problem at once. I felt very welcome! Everything is in very high quality from the Olive oil to the shower gel. There was water, fruit, even wine. Thank you for all!

Aspectos positivos: Our stay at The Wooden House was fantastic. The house is beautiful and stands out for its sustainable design and attention to detail in every corner. The combination of modern and traditional elements creates a unique atmosphere that we truly enjoyed. One of the highlights was the incredibly comfortable bed, after a long day exploring the city, sinking into that cozy bed was heavenly.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing that could be improved is parking, as it can be a bit challenging to find a spot in the historic district. Fortunately, the Wooden House team recommended a nearby parking area, which was quite helpful.

Aspectos positivos: Alles! - Super gastfreundlich ! - Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar und kümmern sich! - Sehr gute Lage - Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet. - Als wir ankamen, war der Kühlschrank gefüllt (inklusive Getränke) und Obst gab es auch.

Aspectos positivos: Es war ein toller Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende angefangen mit der freundlichen Kontaktaufnahme von Alex der uns einen einfachen und reibungslosen frühen Check in via Code ermöglicht hat und bei allen Fragen sofort geantwortet hat, sehr komfortabel und professionell:) Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und perfekt in der Altstadt, dem schönsten Teil von Palmas wohlgemerkt, drum herum sind viele Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Der Besitzer Luis war auch sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich zu uns, er hat uns netterweise ein paar Lebensmittel bereitgestellt und Kaffee Pads besorgt und sogar ein HDMi Kabel, das war wirklich eine tolle Geste :) Das Haus an sich ist auch traumhaft schön eingerichtet, mit der besten Ausstattung die man sich wünschen kann, es gibt sogar einen Beamer!

Aspectos negativos: Das Einzige was man vielleicht als störend empfinden kann ist der Lärm von draußen, von den Bars und den Gästen aber nachts war es relativ ruhig :)
