Aspectos positivos: El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia excelente, cocina bien equipada y una terraza de lujo. El trato con los propietarios de 10+. Problemas resuelto a tiempo récord, reacción de Gateway formidable, Roberto (mantenimiento) Iván (Gateaway) ejemplo de servicio y atención al cliente. Los propietarios de la vivienda muy atentos y preocupados para que nuestra estancia fuera de 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Muchísimas gracias a todos ! Recomendable 1000%

Aspectos positivos: The apparrment is spacious and bright. Very clean and comforrable.

Aspectos negativos: The kitchen tools are very minimalistic like in most appartments nowadays. Would be nice to have for instance more than one tiny cutting board.

Aspectos negativos: Unpleasant smell for like the first two days If you are planning on staying for longer period of time or use kitchen (cook / wash clothes) please consider that you'll need to buy all the basics as there was almost nothing there - salt, sugar, oil, pepper, coffee capsules, anything to use for the washing machine

Aspectos positivos: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, spacious, and perfectly located right in front of the beach, with beautiful sea views from the terrace — definitely one of the highlights. The location was also very convenient, with main bus stops and stations within walking distance. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed: kitchenware, towels, extra blankets and bed linens, most household appliances, and even essentials like soap, shampoo, and shower gel — which made our stay very comfortable without the need to purchase anything extra. The pool was also in operation and accessible for guests, which was a great bonus.

Aspectos negativos: There were a few minor drawbacks. Communication with the property management was slightly delayed at times, though they did respond and address all our questions eventually. The security deposit was refunded four days later than promised, and only after three reminders, which could be improved. Also, the water pressure in the apartment was quite low, and the hot water supply was limited — enough only for one person to shower at a time.

Aspectos positivos: Super emplacement: supermarché, resto, parking, plage tout à proximité. Le séjour super ouvert sur la terrasse et vue sur las Canteras. Apparent et parties communes sont très propres même si le bâtiment est vieillissant.

Aspectos negativos: La qualité du matelas de la chambre et le canapé convertible ne permet pas de bien dormir. Équipement un peu minimal (ex: nous avons eu 2 serviettes pour 4 personnes) La ventilation de l’appartement se fait mal (à cause de la véranda pas conçue pour) d’où une odeur de renfermé persistante comme rencontré par d’autres voyageurs.

Aspectos positivos: Liked the space, windows and patio. The location was also good. Washing and drying clothes was convenient. Could use soft close hinges in kitchen, a new toaster, better knives and better ice cube trays. There’s plenty of space in the bedroom and a queen sized bed would be nice. Get rid of that couch

Aspectos negativos: Terassilla olisi hyvä olla aurinkovarjo, on todella kuuma aurinkoisella säällä ihan iltaan asti. Sisälle kaipasimme myös ilmastointia.
