Muy bien, ideal de bonito y cómodo
Aspectos positivos: Me encanta la ubicación y que es muy cómodo, y la terracita es un lujo, el baño perfecto y está muy mono todo. Ropa de cama y baño genial, luces tmb.
Aspectos negativos: Nada demasiado grave, todo fue de maravilla, pero: El menaje de la casa debería ser para al menos 3 personas (juego completo), como poco debería haber vajilla para dos comidas y poder cargar el lavavajillas bien. Hay una sartén que está super abombada y no funciona, los cuchillos afilarlos.. en general el menaje de la cocina cubre necesidades, pero creo que se puede revisar un poco. La cama extra es horrible, menos mal que mi hija tiene 2 años y no lo nota, pero el día que dormí en ella yo, horrible. Haría falta poner mosquiteras en la ventana de cocina y baño, xa evitar mosquitos, y bichillos en general.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location in a quiet street. Lovely decor and very comfortable and well equipped. Immaculately clean. Courtyard was a bonus. Easy walk to restaurants and hipperdino supermarket. 15 min walk to bus station for trips to hill villages, botanic gardens etc.
Aspectos negativos: Key retrieval difficult as info gave wrong door number. Had to ring office for help. They were very helpful but we had half an hour of stress wondering what we were doing wrong. If not for this would be a 10!

Aspectos positivos: Easy access to the old town and the new part with the beach by bus (bus stop very close by and frequent services). The space is big and the living area comfortable and there’s an outdoor seating area too. It was useful to have a kitchen although we didn’t really cook its still great having a fridge, kettle etc and a washing machine if needed (drying rack stored under the bed which we didn’t find until we left!). Good shower.
Aspectos negativos: When we arrived we couldn’t find it as the details said it was no. 5 when it’s actually no. 4 - I think the neighbours might be a bit fed up with telling people! There was a bit of a smell of drains, the double bed was two singles which came apart and we didn’t find the drying rack until it was too late. Also there’s a coffee machine which needs filters and there were none there or in local shops so we couldn’t use it. Also no tea towel to dry dishes (and not worth using the dishwasher for a couple of mugs each day).

Excellent flat. Relatively expensive.
Aspectos positivos: A very spacious flat situated in a quiet and expensive neighbourhood known as 'Ciudad Jardín'. It is divided into convenient areas for work (if you have to) and living, with everything you expect and need for an excellent stay - though kitchen, which runs entirely on electricity but with only two sockets, is slightly awkward. Local bus services are excellent, as everywhere Gran Canaria, so you don't need to rent a car. In fact, if you get one you are going to have a problem finding somewhere to park it. Bus stops and a taxi rank are at the end of the street. There is also beautiful public park right next door and supermarket within 5 minutes walk. All in all, highly recommended.
Aspectos negativos: The address we were given was wrong by one street number. Wrong everywhere on all the information sent in advance. We had to call the emergency number to find out that it was, in fact, the next house. You pay for the pleasant area and facilities of the flat - this is a relatively expensive option. The kitchen runs entirely on electricity but there are only two sockets, one of which is used by the fridge. So, you quickly become quite good at plug-juggling but it works and means you don't have to go out eating for every meal.

Overall good experience in the center of the city.
Aspectos positivos: Very good disposition, in the center of Las Palmas. Near are all communications. Very fast check in and check out. Clean and decorated interier.
Aspectos negativos: No parking. Noisy neighbours. No wellcome food and water.

Aspectos negativos: Trångt kök. Kök med begränsad utrustning, bla mycket få elkontakter. Städutrustning inte tillgänglig.

Aspectos positivos: Prachtige locatie omgeving. Mooi park direct voor de deur. Het apartment is leuk ingericht en heel comfortabel, verlichting was ook fijn, niet van die felle lichten. Het terras was heel relax en voor ons als ouders geruststellend dat onze kleine niet zomaar de straat op kon gaan. In de buurt zijn op loopafstand restaurantjes en supermarkten. De host niet persoonlijk gezien, maar wel goede communicatie mee gehad en er stond wat strandspeelgoed en een parasol klaar die we konden gebruiken. Vonden wij heel attent.
Aspectos negativos: Niks! Maar voor de mensen met een (huur)auto. Weet dat parkeren in de directe omgeving een uitdaging kan zijn. Vanaf 20:00 tot 09:00 is het gratis, maar bijna geen plek te vinden. Als je naar links langs het park omhoog loopt (met auto eromheen) kan je vanaf ter hoogte van Calle Emilio Ley de hele dag gratis staan. Is ongeveer 8 minuten lopen.
