Casa grande familiar con 4 terrazas

Aspectos positivos: La amplitud de la casa..La comodidad de las instalaciones. Tener dos niveles , supuso las delicias de los hijos adolescentes que nos acompañaban; tres habitaciones con un baño para ellos , con su propio comedor El enorme espacio exterior. Terraza abajo, en las habitaciones de arriba, en la azotea..... Lo completa que era. Barbacoa , hamacas ...aunque no las usamos La comodidad de las camas, todas muy grandes .. Nos dejaron pastillas de lavavajillas, papel higiénico, rollo de papel de cocina, sal...y otras cosas que se agradecen muchísimo cuando llegas . Incluso toallas de playa. Y muchas toallas de baño, que con lo que tardan en secarse por la humedad, se agradecieron muchísimo La ubicación si llevas coche. Más palomas , Playa del Inglés, Patalavaca, Anfi..... Todo está cerca

Aspectos negativos: Que aunque tenía 6 aires acondicionados, solo podías poner tres para que no saltase el diferencial , pero también he de decir que en ningún momento pusimos los 6. La presión y temperatura del agua de las duchas . La falta de algún espejo en las habitaciones, no podíamos depender de todos los adultos del baño , para sacarte el pelo o maquillarte....Al final hicimos un tocador en la entrada . Son detalles pequeños, mejorables

Very nice place in Arguineguin and a couple of mixed feelings

Aspectos positivos: I have mixed feelings about this house. Its very nice, very comfortable beds, but there is a ton of those little things that destroy whole picture and prevents this house from getting 9-10/10. As the biggest pro I would say - the house is very well equipped. It has literally almost everything you need. Easy parking around the house, easy access, the company responsible for maintenance acts really fast if there is anything wrong in the house. We had problems with lights in the kitchen and 1 sink that was dealt with 1 day after so 10/10 when it comes to that company. Also beautiful terraces with a lot of space. Very nice bedrooms upstairs. Big, well equipped bathroom downstairs. Good communication overall.

Aspectos negativos: As the front terrace is very beutiful its not very well kept and is lacking a lot of tiny things. Umbrella was destroyed. There is a lack of a grill that is HUGE con if you want to spend some quality time with your family there. So in reality we spent almost 0 time in the house during the day. There is a small problem with stairs as others mentioned. There should be some safety installed for the little kids, as they may fell off the stairs. We had to constantly watch over our kids and were tired because of that during whole stay. A little plastic fence from IKEA or whatever would solve this problem. Also I dunno who made electricity there but Ive never seen something like that. :D Although beds were very comfortable, what is hard to see on the pictures, 3 bedrooms are on the garage/street level.

Aspectos positivos: Plenty of space for 2 families. Handy garage, nice modern fully fitted kitchen, comfy living room and terrace. Great communication with landlord

Aspectos negativos: Not ideal for families with small kids cause plenty of open stairs. It’s a three story house, bottom floor is very dark. Speed bumps on the main road next to the house is very noisy

Great Place for a family holiday

Aspectos positivos: Great stay in a nice house in Arguineguín. Clean and very well equipped. Plenty of parking on the street but also access to the garage. Would definitely recommend.

Aspectos negativos: The electronic lock is annoying and does not always work correctly. No gas in the BBQ. Owners have alcohol laying around in cabinets that is off-limits which they should probably keep in secured in the cupboards somewhere ;)

Aspectos positivos: Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, microfala, płyta indukcyjna, garniki, talerze, przybory kuchenne. Pokoje czyste z ręcznikami, szafy i w nich duzo wieszaków. Każdy pokój wyposażony w klimatyzację. Duży taraz z krzesłami, sofą i parasolem. z dwóch górnych pokoi prywatne tarasy. Łazienki duże, spełniające oczekiwania. Pralka w jednej z nich.

Aspectos negativos: Jeden z pokoi jest pokojem przechodnim do garażu, co może powodować dyskonfort dla osby zajmującej ten pokój, a nie ma możliwości otworzenia garażu z zewnatrz. Pokoje w dolnej częsci domu nie posiadają duzych okien. Dwa z nich mają małe okienka, a jedno wcale, ale jeśli ktoś umie spać przy klimatyzacji to brak okna rekompensuje duzy taras z parasolem na pierwszym pietrze. Największy minus to proces zameldowania. Niesetty dopiero w dniu przyjazdu dzwoniliśmy do obiektu, bo nikt nam nie przesłał dokładnego adresu i kodu do otworzenia skrytki z kluczami. Przesłano nam również formularz meldunkowy, ale ponieważ było z nami dziecko, którego się nie melduje nie mogłam tego formularza wypełnić, bo wyskakiwał błąd i pomimo wysłania kilkunastu emaili nikt mi nie odpowiedział na nie, ale przemiły pan, który przyszedł zaraz po naszym telefonie pomógł nam ze wszystkim. Schody na pierwsze piętro i zejście na parter są bardzo strome i brakuje zabezpieczenia w przypadku małych dzieciaczków. Zepsuta suszarka elektryczna do ubrań, co w naszym przypadku (byliśmy podczas sztormu) było bardzo uciążliwe. Garaz zamykany tylko od środka.

Aspectos positivos: Della struttura abbiamo apprezzato gli ampi spazi del soggiorno e del terrazzo per trascorrere tempo insieme, le dimensioni delle camere, i servizi offerti soprattutto in cucina e nel bagno, forniti in modo impeccabile.

Aspectos positivos: Belle maison, très bien équipée, le calme, la sécurité, stationnement facile sur la rue et garage individuel inclus avec la maison.

Aspectos negativos: Juste deux salles de bains pour une si grande maison, ça pose parfois quelques problèmes quand on est nombreux.

Aspectos positivos: Casa molto spaziosa. Terrazza grande . Staff (Mirco) fantastico, simpatico e cordiale. Si è adoperato in tutti modi per farci trovare al nostro agio e per risolvere subito piccoli inconvenienti.

Aspectos negativos: Flusso dell’acqua dai rubinetti carente.

Nagyobb család vagy baráti társaságok számára ideális!

Aspectos positivos: Aprólékosan figyeltek a részletekre. Könnyen és gyorsan lehetett velük kommunikálni. Kényelmes és jól felszerelt!

Aspectos negativos: Az internettel volt egy kis probléma, de az ország szinten probléma volt ezekben a napokban.

Aspectos positivos: Dom z 5 sypialniami i 2 łazienkami,ale trzeba pamiętać że 3 sypialnie znajdują się w piwnicy, czego tak na prawdę na zdjęciach nie było widać. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona spokojnie daliśmy radę w dwie rodziny łącznie 8 os.
