Vacaciones frente al mar.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento muy luminoso, cama muy cómoda, limpió en primera fila de playa. Con vistas espectaculares a Las Canteras (Playa Chica).Excelente ubicación.

Aspectos negativos: Se oían ruido de obras exteriores pero es algo inevitable cuando se hacen reformas no es culpa del edificio.

Aspectos positivos: Muy buena ubicación y las vistas al mar son espectaculares.

Aspectos negativos: El baño está muy viejo, pero limpio y tal y como muestran las fotos.

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación inmejorable literalmente sobre Playa Chica y Playa Las Canteras. Instalaciones limpias, cama cómoda y ampli, salón con mucha luz y vistas al mar, tal y como se ve en las fotos de Booking. Cocina básica con todo lo necesario para unos días de vacaciones. Wifi funciona muy bien.

Aspectos negativos: El baño necesita una remodelación, ya que la ducha no tiene muy buen aspecto y la ventana que da al patio interior está muy vieja y ni cierra ni abre. Eso sí, todo está muy limpio.

Aspectos positivos: Las vistas espectaculares del ventanal y la luminosidad.

Aspectos negativos: Creo que vendría bien un cepillo de barrer, al igual que una liña para la lavadora.

A hidden gem very worthwhile considering

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Great views. Ticked alot of boxes for a lone traveller. The apartment has a lovely lived in feel to it And some older people living in adjoining apartments were so so lovely. A very safe location

Aspectos negativos: The check in process turned into a bit of a nightmare.. However maybe I contributed to that. Was sent to 2 different locations before I found the correct location. Then took another hour before I actually got into the apartment.. However the stress lifted when I saw the Great sea views

Cosy studio with sea view and basic amenities.

Aspectos positivos: The location is excellent with the most beautiful view from the windows to the ocean. The Wifi is also really good, so if you need to get some work done - it's a great place. The apartment also has a smart TV that was not visible on the pictures - that was a nice surprise for the few rainy evenings. The apartment is high up on the 6th floor, so very little noise and the neighbours were also very quiet. Few have mentioned, but a really good quality bed. Also, lots of storage space for a studio apartment. We stayed 2 weeks and in that one time change of bed linens and towels was also included, which was appreciated. The communication with the host company was easy and they were responsive.

Aspectos negativos: I don't think there are really any big downsides, rather small things that could be improved. The apartment is a bit worn down, some cracked paint and stains on the ceilings but I think the price also is adjusted to that. The furniture has seen some days but is still functional and quite cosy. The kitchen is really tiny and crammed, so cooking bigger meals is not super convenient but simple dishes can be easily done. The kitchen equipment is a bit lacking, there were no kitchen scissors or small bowls. I'd say the biggest difference could be done with some lighting, there was no decent reading light for the evening, the ceiling light is unfortunately not bright enough and same goes for the standing lamp.

Aspectos positivos: Perfect location close to beach, shops, restaurants and public transport. The sea view was wonderful to wake up to.

Aspectos negativos: Keittiö melko ahdas. Isoilla tuulilla huone on vetoinen, etenkin ikkunan luona. Ikkunat jumissa, joten tuulettaminen vaikeaa.
