Villa Happiness - Luxury chalet with sea view

Aspectos positivos: El aire acondicionado. Sin él no podíamos haber pasado la ola de calor. La casa es muy amplia y bien equipada. Está cerca de un supermercado y cerca de la autovía.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was perfect! Nice villa with all needs for holiday including kitchen equipments, beach equipments. From teracce beautiful sunset. Shop few steps from house, great restaurant, as well. Beach Tauro 20 minutes by walk, Amadores beach 30 min. Perfect communication with Saskia and Lenka.

Great stay in quiet location

Aspectos positivos: Great stay in amazing, quiet location. We were only 4 people + 1 baby, so we had plenty of space and we really enjoyed the sorroundings, pool, supermarket right next door and overall feel of nature. There is also the restaurant right next door, so really helpful and it smelled delicious every night. :) We mainly cooked in the house as everything was already there. The location is very close to beautiful Puerto de Mogan and Puerto Rico, you can also walk towards the nearest beach. Thanks, all was great!

Aspectos negativos: If you travel with small baby/toddler, be aware that there are steps and no security gates, but for us it was not a problem.

Aspectos positivos: I was late and there was a mix up with the timings of the key collection. All of which was my fault. However, nothing seemed too much to ask and an time was put a side to meet us at a later date.

Aspectos negativos: No key to lock the back door from the outside, so we could never leave out the back.

Weather great. Lovely evenings spent on the balcony. Very enjoyable.

Aspectos positivos: Spacious and well equipped kitchen. Very good WI-FI. Saskia, the host was excellent at communicating. When we asked for more towels and sheets they were brought round first thing the next day. Lovely spacious balcony with comfortable outdoor seating. Very comfortable beds. Large wardrobes in each bedroom. 2 excellent bathrooms with toilets and a separate toilet upstairs.

Aspectos negativos: Third bedroom not prepared for us. Hot water sometimes ran cold quickly even though there were only 3 of us. It was hardly a sea view as advertised. You could only see a small section of the sea in the distance. The view we had was the solar panels on top of the Spar shop in front of the accommodation.

Beautiful luxurious villa, excellent location

Aspectos positivos: Spacious, beautiful villa, fantastically located. The property is located at the back of the spar supermarket and the wonderful Tauro restaurant which serves beautiful food at reasonable prices. The property has everything you need to relax and enjoy. We particularly liked the coffee machine, table tennis equipment, pool table at the restaurant, and the huge TV in the lounge. WiFi was good. We had a really great time. Car hire is a must due to location and limited availability of taxis.

Aspectos negativos: TVs didn’t work in the bedrooms, single duvets provided instead of king duvets on the beds. We felt the beds should have been made up as advertised or we should have been asked the requirements. A single duvet on a double bed wasn’t appropriate or comfortable. Only one pool key was provided, it was a nuisance to get inside and outside of the pool to use the toilet or to access the Villa as there were six of us. At one point I was locked inside the pool for 30 minutes. The hot water was insufficient. Only one hot shower was available before the water became luke warm and then cold. The bath couldn’t be filled with water. There is no sofa bed as advertised. Any extra guests have to sleep on the sofa as it doesn’t fold out to a bed. There were 6 of us staying and we felt that should be the maximum number of guests and not eight as described due to facilities only being for six. A welcome booklet should be provided with information on the local area, taxi numbers, instructions how to work things in the Villa, ie washing machine etc.
