Gran experiencia!!

Aspectos positivos: La primera planta de la casa está genial, la cocina, el salón, los dormitorios... todo muy moderno y bonito. La pisicna muy chula también. Hay jacuzzy, barbacoa y articulos de deporte. La atención de Malorie muy buena, siempre atenta cuando teníamos alguna duda.

Aspectos negativos: Saltaban los fusibles, creemos que era algún interruptor que hacía contacto porque no ocurría siempre. Costaba mucho abrir y cerrar las puertas de acceso a la casa (son tipo ventanas grandes), eso habría que revisarlo por seguridad. Si te toca dormir en la planta de arriba cuidado con la cabeza jejejeje, es una habitación para 4 tipo buhardilla y si eres alto te vas a golpear.

Muy buena estancia de día pero en las noches una pesadilla

Aspectos positivos: Bien cuidado en los detalles, complejo en general bien para pasar unos días en relax y piscina, trato continuo con la persona encargada

Aspectos negativos: Las noches fueron una verdadera pesadilla por los vecinos De la Villa de al lado (#31 con rótulo de VV-vivienda vacacional-). Escándalo que nos obligó a tocarles en repetidas ocasiones por el ruido y los gritos . Al día siguiente decidimos llamar a la policía a pesar de sus amenazas (teléfono policía local de Maspalomas +34928 723 429)

Bungalow de ensueños

Aspectos positivos: Las instalaciones muy bonitas, modernas, el jacuzzi privado es un plus, bungalow completamente remodelado, grande y acogedor. Los anfitriones estaban ahí en cualquier momento para lo que necesitáramos, 100% recomendado.

Aspectos positivos: We stayed in this house in Gran Canaria and overall had a very positive experience. The spaces are generous and very well organized. The house is tastefully furnished and feels welcoming and comfortable from the very first moment. We especially appreciated the barbecue area, the jacuzzi on the upper floor, and the living room with the large TV, which made it perfect to relax in the evenings. It is truly a house designed to be lived in and enjoyed. During our stay, we experienced some minor electrical issues, but they were resolved immediately and very efficiently. The assistance was quick and professional, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a house we would definitely recommend.

Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately, the swimming pool was out of service during our stay due to maintenance work. We had been informed well in advance, and the property provided a significant refund to compensate for the inconvenience, which we truly appreciated. This was clearly not due to poor management, but simply one of those situations that can occasionally happen. Of course, we would have preferred to enjoy the pool rather than receive a refund. That said, it’s actually great news for future guests: the pool reopened on our last afternoon, fully renovated and ready to be enjoyed in the coming weeks.

Aspectos positivos: The property is clean & well equipped, with comfy beds and a modern kitchen. The outside seating area and BBQ are fantastic. The whole complex is quiet and felt secure. Free parking just outside was very easy. The property manager and owners were easily contactable and were responsive to any issues we had.

Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately there were a few issues: the swimming pool was unexpectedly closed for repair. We were eventually offered a significant refund for this, which was much appreciated as it was a huge disappointment. The pool looks fantastic and is only a minute walk from the property... if we are ever back, we would certainly enjoy it a lot! The WiFi dropped in and out a bit and we never got the TV working (because of the WiFi I think), but that wasn't a huge problem for us. A kettle in the kitchen would be nice to make tea.

Aspectos positivos: The terraced house has been renovated, has a nice covered terrace, large kitchen and living room.

Aspectos negativos: We weren't informed that the pool was out of service and that renovations were underway. This was a bit disappointing, as we chose this place for its heated pool.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was clean and well equipped. It has two double bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a separate terrace that has the hot tub sun loungers and exercise equipment. The terrace leads on to two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom. There are sloping ceilings in the bedrooms so we need to remember to bend down. My son took the downstairs for him and his family and my hisband and i had upstairs. This was an ideal setup for is as each couple almost had their own apartment whilst sharing the fabulous outdoor living area downstairs.

Aspectos negativos: The pool of the complex was out of use for our entire stay which was very disappointing. Wehad specifically chosen this apartment as it had a pool and were looking l forward to playing in it with our granddaughter

Heerlijk en schoon appartement

Aspectos positivos: Het appartement is prachtig. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon, lekkere bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken, fijne bank, heerlijk jacuzzi. We werden bij aankomst verrast met een welkomstdrankje. Er was zelfs aan de kinderen gedacht. Daarnaast stond er een uitgebreid spellenpakket klaar voor de kinderen.

Aspectos negativos: Niets, we waren verrast door hoe goed het was.
