Aspectos positivos: Quiet, sheltered from the wind, well distributed, easily accessible. Quick response from the operator, very flexible in handling check-in and check-out. There is a vacuum cleaner, which makes cleaning easier.

Aspectos negativos: Doors are incomplete, heavy, loud. Kitchen dish dryer is missing, we bought it. Lighting, lamps, bulbs are missing, only 65% ​​do not work.

Aspectos positivos: Nice place, good facilities, nice residents that were friendly and helpful, pool was lovely, enough room in the garden, can see the sea through the other villas, quiet area. A good surprise was that there is WiFi / internet. When we locked ourselves out, the owner kindly came pretty quickly and the agents were responsive / helpful.

Aspectos negativos: Really was not clean in the kitchen / utility when we arrived. Dead cockroaches on the floor and dead fruit flies everywhere, plates, cups, shelves, utensils all “sticky” and with old food on them. I had to wash everything, wipe down the sides, sweep the floor, mop the floors, spray and wipe the shelves etc. it took me about 4 hours to clean the place which I would not expect. unfortunately, no hoover and the rug was filthy with no way to clean it other than sweep that was not effective.

Aspectos positivos: Хорошее расположение, тихое спокойное место. Чистый бассейн с прохладной освежающей водой. Уютная терраса, солнечная сторона, можно загорать с утра до вечера. В доме удобное расположение помещений, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Удобные матрасы и подушки.

Aspectos negativos: Объект размещения находится на высоком холме. Пешком до пляжа мы не ходили, но google maps расчитывал маршрут пешком минимум 23 минуты до ближайшего пляжа. Но у нас была машина, поэтому мы каждый день ездили на пляж Amadores, это занимало несколько минут, возле пляжа есть большая бесплатная стоянка. Мы приезжали примерно в 10 утра и всегда можно было найти место для парковки. Также в доме есть мелкие муравьи. На первом этаже ползали по полу, но больше всего меня расстроило увидеть их в ванных на втором этаже, иногда попадались в шкафу в спальне, на кухне тоже. Я обрабатывала места, где видела их, специальным средством и тогда они пропадали на несколько дней.
