Aspectos positivos: Una casita rural muy acogedora, rehabilitada y decorada con gusto. La carretera para acceder desde la costa es muy sinuosa pero es lo esperable en una zona de montaña. Perfecta para los que buscan tranquilidad y una estancia en medio de la naturaleza. El coche obviamente es imprescindible. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario, incluso más de lo esperable, con detergente para la lavadora, gel de ducha, infusiones, café... Lo mejor el anfitrión, David es todo un señor, nos recibió personalmente y tenía varios detalles de bienvenida que se agradecen y no te sueles encontrar en otros alojamientos. En todo momento nos ofreció asesoramiento e información de lugares a visitar y para comer y estaba disponible en todo momento para cualquier problema o duda, excepcional persona.
Aspectos negativos: Del alojamiento nada que objetar, lo único malo es que no tuvimos suerte con la climatología por lo que sólo pudimos disfrutar de la bonita terraza el último día.

Lovely villa in tranquil setting surrounded by nature
Aspectos positivos: Welcomed by the host, very friendly and shown around the villa. Lovely quiet setting in beautiful countryside with lovely views of the valley and sea. A very comfortable villa, traditional but tastefully modernised. A great location for visiting the north of the island but all of Gran Canaria is within easy reach.
Aspectos negativos: Drive was tricky but we got used to it

Great stay
Aspectos positivos: The attention to detail in all aspects of the guest house was truly impressive, and we felt well taken care of. Loved the fact that some extras were available, such as: 1. extra pillows, blankets and even towels are available. 2. Toiletries - shampoo, body wash and even after sun cream, toothbrushes (new) and sanitary pads 3. Coffee and tea making facilities - including tea, coffee and sugar 4. Cooking essentials- oil, salt and spices are provided. Loved the wine bar with selection of red, white, rose and sparkling! I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

perfect little hideaway in the mountains of Gran Canaria
Aspectos positivos: David‘s apartment is a perfect little hideaway in the mountains of Gran Canaria’s north. It was super comfortable, absolutely well-equipped with all necessities of daily live and had an astonishing view over the mountains to the sea. Moreover, the host was always reachable. I stayed there one week and can totally recommend it to every potential guests!
Aspectos negativos: There’s nothing that comes into my mind.

Lovely Hideaway
Aspectos positivos: This is a perfect hideaway far from the hustle and bustle of the coast. We were greeted with homemade wine and fresh fruit. The view from the balcony is stunning. It's 6km from the nearest small town so don't forget to buy your bread before arrival.
Aspectos negativos: OK, so the drive/track to the property is a little daunting the first time you arrive and parking and turning is not for nervous drivers. We soon got used to it though. It's a north facing property, so no morning or evening sun. That's an advantage if it gets very hot out there.

An incredible hideaway.
Aspectos positivos: The host David was incredibly accommodating and friendly and presented us with a Christmas hamper and a bottle of local wine and oranges from the garden. The property had everything we needed, and on the day we left, he ran us to the airport. He could not have done anything else to make us more welcome.
Aspectos negativos: The only very slight downside is the remoteness from the closest shops or restaurants. But if you have transport and are looking for a beautiful remote break, then you will have found it. The peace is perfect.

Aspectos positivos: It is a great location, in the middle of the green hills of Gran Canaria. With a spectacular view. Also, the host was very friendly, with a warm welcome including a delicious local fruit basket. Note that the location does require you to rent a car and drive via steep, curvy roads, but that is worth it.
