All in all a lovely apartment. Plenty of facilities, great location, clean and well maintained.
Aspectos positivos: Good size, good furniture, good facilities in kitchen - fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker & juicer. Good selection of glasses, crockery and utensils. Washing machine, [in bathroom]. Plenty of wardrobe space with hangers, some drawer space, additional space in sideboard unit in living area. Hairdryer & iron, ironing board [behind the settee]. Nice touches- bottle of wine and bottle of water supplied, washing up pack and laundry sachets. A small welcome pack containing condiments, coffee, sugar.
Aspectos negativos: Not a dislike but something to be aware of - Bathroom is compact, I advise care when stepping out of the shower/bath due to close proximity of toilet. Care needs to be taken when opening the door as the washing machine is directly behind it.

Perfekte Lage
Aspectos positivos: Sehr zentrale Lage. Bus direkt vor der Tür. Supermarkt und viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr schöner Blick vom Balkon. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sehr nette Kommunikation. Klare und verständliche Aussagen für Check in / out. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten beim Einzug. Was von anderen hier kritisiert wird , sehen wir nicht so. Es gibt genug Handtücher und man hat eine Waschmaschine. Bei normalen Duschverhalten ist genug warmes Wasser vorhanden. Es ist normal, dass in solcher Art von Appartements zwischendurch nicht gereinigt wird. Könnte man aber selbst machen, da alles dafür vorhanden ist.
Aspectos negativos: Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, ist es nicht so sehr ins Gewicht gefallen. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage an der Hauptstraße ab morgens etwas hellhörig. Nachts gibt es kaum Verkehr. Da stört es kaum. Wenn man lange schlafen möchte und lärmempfindlich ist, etwas störend.

Appartamento perfetto...
Aspectos positivos: L'appartamento anche se piccolo (specie il bagno) è dotato di tutto l'occorrente possibile. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e lo promuovo a pieni voti. Ci ritornerò presto.
Aspectos negativos: I segnali TV satellitari sono bloccati. Si possono vedere solo quelli memorizzati dalla struttura. Anche un decoder esterno risulta inutilizzabile. Forse dovrebbero bloccare il menù della televisione, non i segnali dalla parabola.

Aspectos positivos: Séjour parfait dans cet appartement où il ne manque absolument rien ! Si je commence à énumérer les points positifs, je ne finirai jamais : propreté impeccable, équipement ultra complet, literie confortable, emplacement idéal… On peut y aller les yeux fermés. Je suis un habitué de la ville, et c’est l’un des meilleurs appartements où j’ai séjourné. Mention spéciale pour la vue panoramique sur le coucher de soleil, un vrai plaisir chaque soir. Bref, une adresse à recommander sans hésiter.
Aspectos negativos: Seul petit point à améliorer est la communication entre clients est la réception et information transmise à la propriétaire.

Aspectos positivos: Sehr schön gelegenes Apartment mit allem was man benötigt. Super Bick vom Balkon auch aufs Meer. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
