Aspectos positivos: This property was in an excellent location close to the Jumbo Centre, and Playa Inglés was only about a 25-minute walk away. It’s a spacious and quiet place, perfect for relaxing.
Aspectos negativos: The only thing we didn’t like was that we received only two sets of keys, even though we were four adult men who wanted the freedom to come and go independently. The owners were unwilling to provide additional keys. In my opinion, the property should offer extra key sets, especially since a €500 security deposit should easily cover the cost of making them. Because of this issue, we had to adjust our plans, and despite asking several times for an extra set of keys, we were not given one.

Aspectos positivos: Loved the bungalow, quiet and peaceful at night. Pool quiet, only residents, if 5 there at any one time that would be it. In walking distance of all the action in the yumbo centre and plays del Ingles if you want that also. Good security, gated community. Near two spars and hippodino just a bit further but can walk. Staff contactable at any time you could whatsapp or whatever and they come back within half hour sometimes faster
Aspectos negativos: If I was pushed the only tiny thing was no microwave but didnt really care after first day. The one unusual thing that happened the cleaner that came during the week took our duvets, dish clothes and left new duvet covers. Took us two days to find the duvets in press/wardrobe but no big deal and no harm done it was hot so no one cared.

Aspectos positivos: The location was perfect, it's a secure a quiet area. Well equipped with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay
Aspectos negativos: The neighbours attached were extremely loud with no consideration for anyone else. No fault of the owners/management of the accommodation. We couldn't tell if they were weekenders or permanently residing but they definitely didn't consider anyone else banging and clattering around at all hours of the day which was a shame because the accommodation was lovely and the area peaceful. Our only negative about the place was we discovered 1 bathroom isn't enough. Again no reflection of the owners just a realisation for us we need more than one bathroom in future 😃

Aspectos positivos: The welcome was very kind. The house is in a closed residential area. with several exits, there is a SPAR store next door. Pleasant, quiet area. The house is very well equipped, and the roof terrace is great for relaxing. Thank you for everything!

Great holiday, great location, would love to book again for next winter!
Aspectos positivos: Clean, well equipped (all kitchen utensils you could ever need plus basic supplies like oil, salt, coffee). Comfortable beds. We went the week before Christmas and it was decorated with a cute tree.
Aspectos negativos: Only downside was that 5 of us stayed but there were only 4 loungers on the roof terrace but we made do. Mid-December and the pool was cold so didn’t use it too much but first time we’ve been somewhere with no loungers by the pool which might be strange in summer.

Aspectos positivos: Los van het appartement dat erg mooi was, was ook de service top. De host van het appartement was meedenkend, handelde snel en was heel erg professioneel en vriendelijk. Met zo'n ontvangst begin je al erg goed. Daarnaast was het appartement zelf ook heel erg schoon en modern ingericht.
Aspectos negativos: Niets - alles was top.

Fantatisch!
Aspectos positivos: De bungalow was erg proper en voorzien van alle faciliteiten. het vakantiepark was erg rustig en het grote zwembad was voor ons alleen!
Aspectos negativos: De locatie zelf juist te vinden, zelfs de taxichauffeur vond de juiste toegang niet.
