Aspectos positivos: Las instalaciones de la casa son magnificas, es un remanso de paz en el casco historico de telde

Un bonito lugar que te hace sentir en casa.

Aspectos positivos: Alquile la finca hace poco con cinco amigos y mejoró muchísimo la experiencia de nuestro viaje a Telde. Estar en una casa que tenía de todo, con un patio muy lindo y una piscina impoluta nos vino de maravilla. El dueño fue desde el primer día muy amable, nos dio un regalo de bienvenida, y en cuanto a la comunicación, estaba antento a lo que hiciera falta. Al entrar a la casa me sorprendió ver tanto arte por todos lados, algo que me gustó mucho. Pero mi lugar favorito dentro de la finca fue el jardín, entraba mucha luz del día, todo el mobiliario era muy cómodo y el ambiente muy tranquilo. Estar en el fresco de la sombra era muy agradable. Todos mis amigos estamos agradecidos con la hospitalidad del dueño y de su linda finaca. Sin duda volveríamos a reservar una próxima vez.

Aspectos positivos: The house is superb, there is nothing you would need at this location it has everything. Washing machine dishwasher, 2 big fridge freezers, BBQ area, sun chairs, and absolutely lovely pool. All this and also in a fantastic area in the middle of town. It's just a 10 minute drive to a lovely beach. Wine bar 1 minutes walk, bakery 2 minutes, lidl and Hypodino supermarket 5 minutes walk. Loads to see and do only 20 minutes from the airport. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday makers, this is the place. Loads of clean towels great shower indoors and out. We will go back. Fantastic.

Aspectos negativos: The entrance is gated but has a steep slope. However, I found it no problem to drive in and out. It may be an issue if you are walking with a disability. Other than this, it's fantastic.

Aspectos positivos: De locatie in het centrum en toch heel rustig. De overdekte lounge en de grote tuin.

Aspectos positivos: Bardzo ładny i zadbany ogród. Wyposażenie domu 100% Super basen , blisko centrum , sklepy , restauracje , bary itp. blisko . Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. 10/10

Séjour exceptionnel dans une maison dans laquelle on se sent comme chez nous.

Aspectos positivos: L’emplacement de la maison est idéal, proche de toutes les commodités et dans un quartier historique magnifique. La maison est agréable à vivre.

Aspectos negativos: Les éléments de vaisselle ne sont pas très adaptés.

Kurzurlaub vor der Kreuzfahrt

Aspectos positivos: Sehr schöne, aber etwas spezielle Lage in San Juan, der Altstadt von Telde. Die Zuwegung führt über eine enge Straße und das Grundstück ist über eine schmale und recht steil abwärtsführende Zufahrt zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß. Die Terrasse ist zum großen Teil überdacht und es gibt drei verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch der Pool ist ganz nett, war zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Februar) naturgemäß recht kühl. Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieterservice war einfach und gut.

Aspectos negativos: Beim Bezug der Finca erfolgte nur eine sehr kurze und spärliche Einweisung. Die Sauberkeit war o.k.. Wir haben noch diverse Reste von Vormietern (Zigarettenstummel in Blumentöpfen, diverse Papierreste in Schubladen und auch leere Flaschen auf dem Küchenschrank bzw. im Blumentopf sowie ein Hemd im Kleiderschrank gefunden).

Aspectos positivos: Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus. Liegt sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Die Bilder zeigen nur einen Bruchteil vom Haus. Man hat soviel Platz so das man sich sogar mal im Garten zurück ziehen kann. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Aspectos positivos: Das Haus inkl. der wunderschönen Terrasse und dem Garten ist wirklich toll und groß, viel größer als man denkt. Auch die obere Terrasse mit dem Pool ist wirklich traumhaft, super zum Erholen. Auf den Bildern kann man das alles leider gar nicht so gut erkennen. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Aspectos negativos: Die Ausstattung mit Küchenuntensilien wie Messer, Pfannen, Schneidebretter ist verbesserungswürdig. Aber das ist oft der Fall auf den Kanaren, letztendlich sind das nur Kleinigkeiten.
