Amazing property would highly recommend.

Aspectos positivos: Absolutely fabulous place, better than the photos, so many great places to sit in the sun or shade. Facilities are wonderful, kitchen well stocked with equipment and cooking basics. Everything is top quality, comfortable beds, lots of pillows, cushions and blankets everywhere. Pool was fun, with its quirky bedroom below. We stayed in late January and the weather was 19-22° most days. Very quiet town, so peaceful. Bruno was the perfect host, so quick and helpful to respond. We shopped at the Aldi/Mercadona/Hiperdino a 7 minute drive away. Free parking 5 minute walk away but you can stop to unload just below apartment. Amazing opportunity to stay here, would highly recommend!

Aspectos negativos: The only negative was the resident cat, very sweet and friendly but sleeps constantly on all the outdoor furniture and meows loudly early every morning (presumably is used to being fed). My daughter is very allergic to cats so she suffered from this which was unfortunate. In late January there was nowhere open to eat out in the evening within easy walking distance.

Amazing property with wonderful views, lots of space, in great location.

Aspectos positivos: Lots of outdoor spaces across multiple levels to hang out and relax - best of all the roof terrace with amazing views! Also, the kitchen was super well equipped, best I’ve ever seen. Bruno and the team were very nice, helpful and responsive.

Aspectos negativos: It rained more than we expected, and a lot of the outdoor spaces weren’t covered to be rainproof - clearly not a problem when you have the typical sunny Canarian weather.

The perfect base for a family holiday, whether for relaxation or exploration. Highly recommend.

Aspectos positivos: A fantastic property that was the perfect location for our first trip to Gran Canaria. Beautiful views to the mountains on one side, the sea on the other, Tenerife in the distance. Well-designed layout with indoor/outdoor section on each level; beautiful planting; thoughtfully-placed mirrors to reflect the views; multiple seating areas for dining and relaxation; comfortable beds; well-equipped kitchen; and not to mention the pool uniquely integrated into the building, which was fantastic for the children! The location was also easily accessible from the airport, and very close to centre of Agaete with a few restaurants, bakery and shops.

Aspectos negativos: There was a cat which seemed to claim the property as its territory, as it could easily access the outside areas; while the children loved this and it became a highlight for them to have a ‘holiday pet’, it was not ideal for one member of the party who has a cat allergy. (It was clean and well-kempt, so presume it belonged to a local, but definitely spent most of its time at this house!) However it did not have access to the inside areas so overall was not too much of a problem. It was very interested in our food when we cooked fish and octopus on the barbecue! Otherwise, no other negative points about this property.

Aspectos positivos: There are great views from the terrace, the place is super clean, and most spaces feel newly set up. The response from the host was really fast and with great attention. The house is lovely.

Aspectos negativos: If there is anything to be considered as less positive, may be the parking, it takes some minutes to get to the house, you need some planning to bring your luggage in, but at the same time, the house is located in a town with narrow streets, which some may love—something to be considered.

A true gem you’ll not want to leave

Wonderschoon huis om een mooie locatie met vele mogelijkheden.

Aspectos positivos: De locatie zit midden in het plaatsje Agaete, waardoor je meer meekrijgt van het leven op Gran Canaria. Prachtig uitzicht met zijn vele zitjes op verschillende verdiepingen om de omgeving te bekijken. Het is een gezellig ingerichte accommodatie met alles wat je nodig hebt.

Aspectos negativos: Het is een open huis waardoor het goed ventileert, alleen bij regen moet je wel moeite te doen om alles droog te houden. Is ook pech als je dat weertype hebt als je daar bent.

Aspectos positivos: Heel mooi huis over verschillende verdiepingen verdeeld, veel hoekjes om te zitten. Hele lieve huiskat. Goed contact met eigenaar

Schöner gehts nicht!

Aspectos positivos: Das Casa Atlantica Agaete ist ein Paradies. Es fehlt absolut an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es wurde auch an alle praktischen Dinge gedacht. Es gibt so viele schöne Plätze auf den verschiedenen Ebenen an denen man sich erholen kann. Der Pool ist klein, aber absolut ausreichend. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick über das Dorf bis zum Meer. Bruno ist ein sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer und bemühter Gastgeber. Der Ort Agaete ist ebenfalls wunderschön und die Strände sind toll. Besonders gut haben uns die Natur-Pools gefallen. Die Restaurants sind gut, die Leute alle ausgesprochen freundlich und wir hatten wirklich einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Absolut empfehlenswert.
