Aspectos positivos: la tranquilidad del lugar y lo espacioso que era el sitio.

Aspectos negativos: El tiempo no acompaño :-(

Aspectos positivos: Nos gustó mucho. Muy linda casa, bien decorada, tranquila y hermosa vista. La mujer de la empresa de alquiler con la que contactamos fue muy amable y servicial.

Una estancia fabulosa.

Aspectos positivos: La casa al completo nos gusto mucho, su decoración e instalaciones, ya que era muy bonita, así como lo limpia, cuidada y bien equipada que estaba. El jardín, la piscina y las vistas, también nos encantaron. Poder apargar justo a la puerta también es un punto muy positivo. Además agradecemos el trato humano que recibimos cuando necesitamos llamar a la propietaria ya que siempre fue muy agradable y nos solucionó las dudas que nos surgían.

Aspectos negativos: Algunas puertas de entrada a la casa no cerraban por completo. De todas formas, al tener vayado y estar en una urbanización no tuvimos sensación de inseguridad.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing it was perfect

A beautiful holiday house in a magical setting but poor hosting manners left us with a bad taste.

Aspectos positivos: The house is located in a rather remote golf club with stunning and quiet surroundings. The house is really good condition, clean, bright, spacious with working air conditioning and all amenities listed and needed. The view from the house is beautiful and despite the house remote location there is a Spar at the entrance of the complex with plenty of options to shop for (5 minutes drive). The kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of things to do within 30 minutes drive of the property.

Aspectos negativos: The major issue was having €150 of our deposit taken for a small mirror that was broken. I contacted the management directly to let them know about the breakage and to apologise. I was told not to worry. However, I was charged €150 for it without a notice or upfront explanation. I contacted them to enquire and was told that it was not just about the mirror but also about the need of a technician to drive from the north of the island to the South to put a mirror back on the wall. I requested a receipt for this charge to have a record but my request was ignored. I would have found normal to be charged a small amount to replace the mirror but I found this amount abusive and I am even more shocked by the fact that no invoice/receipt are being supplied which seems to me against consumers' rights. Communication was at times a bit broken. Very slow response through booking.com and their WhatsApp number. The best way is to call them directly and I have to say the team answering the phone is lovely. Finally, no recycling system in place which is a pity in such a modern environment. We had separated all recycles and glass from the rest but the bin shed does not have a triage system. We did enquire about this at the start of our stay to make sure we did not miss something but did not get an answer either.

Aspectos positivos: La casa è indubbiamente bella e corrisponde alla descrizione.

Aspectos negativos: All'arrivo, complice anche il buio, è stato difficoltoso trovare l'alloggio in assenza di un incaricato e non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua a disposizione: è senz'altro vero che un welcome pack non è d'obbligo, ma dato il livello e il prezzo della struttura sarebbe stato gradito. L'agenzia non si è mai fatta viva per avere un feedback sul soggiorno, si è limitata a comunicarci le istruzioni per il check out. La posizione nel complesso golf è suggestiva, ma anche piuttosto scomoda: per raggiungerlo vi sono una serie di tornanti impegnativi, in special modo di sera col buio.
