Genial estancia.

Aspectos positivos: Todo estuvo perfecto. El piso está en perfectas condiciones, además de estar en una zona muy tranquila. El dueño fue simpático y atento con nosotros, adelantando la hora de entrada sin necesidad de hacerlo.

Aspectos negativos: Todo está bien.

Vacaciones ideales para descansar y relajarse

Aspectos positivos: La facilidad para alquilarlo, la amabilidad del dueño de la casa (Muchas gracias Fabio), y en si, la villa es perfecta para pasar unos días relajados y disfrutar de la maravillosa piscina y de la casa amplia y muy cómoda.

Aspectos positivos: I have been with my 7 friends for NYE, staying at Fabio's accommodation. I would say that the location is amazing, especially if you’re coming with a group of friends. You have a pool that can be heated, just make sure to plan it in advance so it’s warm in time. The location is also very close to Playa de Ingles, as you’ll see. There’s a Lidl nearby, and if you’re planning a BBQ night, everything you need is right there. Fabio was really great and even allowed us a late check-out. They were also incredibly helpful in recovering our €300 deposit through the bank calling, following up, and resolving the situation very quickly, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for this amazing stay at this beautiful place. I really recommend it 👌

Great property, perfect for families or a group. Nice pool area.

Aspectos positivos: Lovely spacious property. Nice location as it was easy to walk everywhere from. Clean and tidy.

Aspectos negativos: There is nothing I didn’t like, but the wifi didn’t work upstairs so you couldn’t watch tv. That’s my only niggle, but it wasn’t a major issue. Everything worked perfectly down stairs.

Aspectos positivos: That space and the pool were excellent and it's only 3 min walk to supermarket.

Aspectos negativos: It would have been nice to have at there least a bottle of water on arrival.

Lovely family stay

Aspectos positivos: While a little dated, the villa is very spacious and it easily housed all of 6 of us. We used the bbq & pool area quite a lot & the waterfall is a nice touch but does need to be requested if this is something you would like on during your stay. Our host was amazing & was no more than a message away. He even helped sort us out with taxis from the property as the better bars and restaurants are further afield. Lidl is a couple minutes drive which was very helpful to pop to when needed.

Aspectos negativos: There was construction happening opposite the villa that was very noisy, although I appreciate that is no fault of the host. The beds could do with a few more pillows but were comfy enough. While the pool is lovely, it’s quite deep, non of us could stand up, so something to consider if you’re thinking of booking with small children. Something I think would have been helpful when we arrived would have been some bottled water in the fridge as the tap water isn’t drinkable so we had to drop our bags and go to a small local shop as we landed late at night. Apart from these few things we had a very enjoyable stay.

Aspectos positivos: Villa was perfect, plenty of space and pool was great. Whilst a 15 min walk to the centre it suited us perfectly with a food store just a few minutes away. It was easy to get out in the car and visit the attractions and beaches. Host was welcoming, helpful and would definitely stay again.

Great value for money to have a private pool and 4 double rooms

Aspectos positivos: Overall, Villa Livisi provides excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay. To have a 4 bedroom villa, with 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a private pool is a real positive with the property. The living space is bright and airy, the kitchen has all of the essentials that you need in terms of pots, pans, and platewear. Asides from these, kitchen was empty. When we left we left key condiments like salt, pepper, oil, sugar etc for whomever enjoyed the villa after us. Its location is good, particularly if you don’t mind getting around on foot. If not, taxis are quick and reasonably priced. Despite being adjacent to the motorway, it really doesn’t interfere too much at all. There are plenty of shops very near by- Lidl is a 3 min walk, the cash and carry is worth a visit and mercado and spar a 7-8 min walk. The pool and the garden really are the highlight of the property. After a day out and about, or at the beach, it was simply lovely to be able to come back and enjoy the pool.

Aspectos negativos: Very little. The property is somewhat dated in its decor, but this is absolutely not a deal breaker. The pillows were a bit soft for our liking, but that really is a minor point.

A perfect week in the sun.

Aspectos positivos: The property was incredible, excellent condition and very near to Lidl so easy to get in groceries. Also only a 15 minute walk from the hub of bars and restaurants.

Aspectos positivos: The property was conveniently located near to Lidls so made it super easy to get everything that we needed. We loved the pool area which had plenty of sunshine and shade if needed all day long.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing I can really say that is negative is that just 2 keys for a group of 8 was a bit of a juggling act. The beds could have done with an extra pillow as there was just one very thin one. That’s all we really found and that’s just being picky, every one of us had a lovely time.
